It's complicated. They're all right and wrong. Samira was scared. Now she's concerned with professional repercussions. Francesca's motives were in question because of her position of power. Last but not least, Francesca is being controlling; however, Fran isn't trying to be controlling. She's just excited, and the result of her position and her runaway feelings is resulting in a lot of boundary issues. There's nothing toxic here right now. Fran just needs to take a step back... let the baby surgeon be a baby surgeon and stop trying to build her up too quickly. Which way will the scale tip is meant to be part of the drama..... on top of what happens when her superiors find out.

They're not kissing for real. They have a behind the scenes video on Instagram of how they filmed kisses during this period (with covid and all) but I think the restrictions were lifted sometime ago so they probably started filming real kisses for scenes to air in February

Never watched this show before but are these two always this delusional? Especially Francesca. Don't get me wrong, I like them as a couple but one being the others direct report especially in a surgical training setting is so fraught with HR danger. Maybe NZ has different laws than the US but this would not fly at all. Francesca's initial instincts to keep this on the down low have disappeared because she's so in love but wow.
