Satch is the right one for the job, and so humble. He's go so many big hits, but he made Sammy's dream come true and performed Eddie's songs.

Few songs spotlight such a great guitar player and one of the best voices in rock and roll history. RIP EVH God must be rockin out now with Eddie at his side in heaven.

It was so cool for them to sign items tossed on the stage and toss it back. Sammy actually puts on a shirt purchased at show signs it while wearing and gives it back. The Florida license plate Sammy signed and had Mickey sign while playing and hands it back to owner. Amazing to still see the respect they give back.🙌🙌🙌🙌

Saw Van Halen @Sullivan Arena in Anchorage when Gary C. was singing. Only Gary couldn't/didn't sing. Michael Anthony sang every song,... HISTORICAL.

Glad to see Sammy doing a bit better here than on of some of the other songs I have seen from this tour...it's so tough to see him struggle..he is clearly the weak link in this tour..and Sammy Hagar has NEVER been the weak link in anything..love the dude! Yes, Jason is not Alex, Joe in not Eddie(nor is Rae), but I happen to think, for the most part, the playing is tight...

The problem here is the drummer, he is límited in term of alex did as back bone of van halen. On the other hand the solos where the testufull priming over speed Joe cannot managed as eddie

Sammy wanted Alex to do the tour, but never responded to him probably still mourning Eddie but responsed publically he was selling his equipment. Kinda a screw off so Sammy went another route. Doing it for the fans God Bless Them at their age for giving the fans this opportunity.

Jason is really a great drummer, but I wonder, for this tour, if Kenny Aronoff would have been a better fit?..or would it have sounded too much like Mellencamp?...

They should have had Gary cherone here also trading vocals to give Sammy a break but also hitting them high notes! Sammy is struggling a bit

Great point!..he could have done a couple songs off VH III, and helped out with the backing vocals, Mikey is having quite a load put on him here trying to support Sammy..2 or 3 backing vocalists would help a lot. As far as I know, Gary gets along fine with Sammy and the others...this could become a train wreck if Sammy gets weaker during the tour, and Mike burns out his voice trying to compensate....
