A most enjoyable video. I live in the Norte Sierra of Ecuador and I love watching the videos of foods throughout Ecuador because many I have never had or heard about. I live in a popular tourist town that is know for its healthy way of life. We have 42 indigenous farming communities surrounding us, so our food is fresh every day. Ecuador promotes a much healthier way of living than the U.S. with a much larger selection of fruits and vegetables.
