LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS VIDEO🤎 When it comes to the “professionalism” of locs, I see it like this > My locs protect me from places, people and situations I shouldn’t be in. If someone doesn’t want to be around me or hire me because of my locs, then it’s a blessing in disguise that’s telling me to move on to bigger and better things🎉< Thanks so much for sharing!🤎

This was my father he told me he went to a job interview and the person asked if he’d cut his hair in order to get the job. He said he told him he wouldn’t, got up, shook the man’s hand and told him “have a good day and good luck to your company” and left

@Mdee173 жыл бұрын
@@briatucker4588 I applaud your father for doing that! I was slightly questioning why he didn’t stay to see what else would happen in the interview. But in all honesty, once a company / interviewer questions you about your hair, it tells you all that you need to know about that company. Meaning that they’re not necessarily checking for how qualified you are or your ability to actually do the job, which is unfortunate. Some people choose to stay but others know that their ability to do a good job doesn’t depend on their hair / looks and they move on to bigger and better opportunities. Thanks for your input🤎
