This coriander recipe is so much better than the last one, I think its all to do with the placement, cause when I tried the last recipe I could still smell the SH#T, but I'm pretty sure the new recipe will alleviate that problem, by using the bin outside, this is one of the most informative cooking channels on the internet, Thanks Sammy.

Gotta admit it's good to know that even these fellas don't always do well, got all the good gear and know how but even for them it can work out like it does for the rest of us at times. I went fishing off a jetty down the coast, spent $80 on juice getting there and back, bait $25 and fished hard for 4 long sessions. Slept in the back of the ute under a tarp, freezing my nuts off and caught one flattie and 6 squid. Still though it's good to get out of the house and out in nature, on your own for a couple of days without internet or tv etc. These hard days of bugger all never seems to stop us though

It is so fickle fishing after a flood. You either find them concentrated like we did the other week, or they spread out as they're on their way back upstream. However, there's nothing better to sweeten the deal of a slow day fishing than a feed of chilli mud crab 😊

Chili jam is created for westerners to like chili more. I love the fountain brand 'hot sauce' (chili jam) on fish and chips and fried chicken. ABC sambal from off the shelf would be better and has a more savoury taste and try adding ABC ketchup manis if you want it sweeter or less hot. Both can be found at the supermarket in aus easily. My new favourite recipie is a korean sauce Ojingeo Bokkeum. Cook this the same with onion and chili with calamari and its soooo good. Your sweet and sour recipie was very close to what i used to make in a restaurant, can be with our with out chili and used in any stir fry with any type of meat (usally white meat).

Hey mate don’t go telling everyone but I use Sambal oleck for most of my chilli dishes , it’s a chilli combination saves time and mess and tastes brilliant heaps better than jam will .Fry off your onion , garlic add your sambal oleck then add Ketchup Manis which is a sweet Soy Sauce and a tin of crushed tomatoes and some Palm sugar or brown sugar if needed reduce down . And use it as a base sauce . Sauté off your seafood and add the sauce and simmer till cooked . It’s more of a Malay style finish with spring onions
