Youre absolutely right. I started this year with an a6400 and an old pc. Now Ive got an fx30, a7iv, a bunch of lenses, a bunch of studio equipment, had a photo studio for most of the year, a nice macbook pro, and ive done a bunch of video projects. Did any of it make me happy for more than a few minutes? Nope. And I hate it. I dont understand. Literally everything on paper about my life is perfect. A family, a nice home, toys, stability, health etc. And Im so grateful for it every single day. Except Im still not happy. I dont get it. I dont know what the answer is. I deactivated my instagram, I dont post anywhere else, closed the studio, and frankly feel like just selling all my gear and moving on. Yeah Im struggling. I think once you attain your goals, hope goes out the window, dreams go out the window, and all youre left with is material possessions that dont mean anything. Nomadik Photo

Man your video's always hit. I've been through a huge change this year and it's been scary. I feel like I don't get anything done but I have been dreaming of this life. I always wanted to make video's for a living and when I think about it, it's amazing. I feel like I get nothing done because it doesn't feel like work. I even picked up KZbin again. You're an amazing inspiration. Too bad I didn't get to meet you in Norway. Funny we were there at the same time!

Great message and well filmed. We as creators can totally relate with you ... When our video hit 100k views we were blasted away by the amount ... But actually the new videos are the ones that are getting better and better even though they have only reached a few people. It's really not about the numbers in life.
