Techniques of putting this kind of players ain't right. Samoan rugby union shud look into this. U put this typo guy's among experienced players they'll grow their game really fast. That's how William Ryder grew his game. He played amongst the gr8's (waisale serevi, Vunibaka etc). Just a thought from a Fijian
