You're exactly right about hunting old hunting spots that produce every year. I've been hunting the same mountain in Idaho since 2006. My family taken deer every year there. A friend of mine owns property next to forest service property and I even got married on the north side of that same mountain! Lots of memories there and plenty more to make!

I've been watching for a couple years. Since my brother lived in WA and I was considering going up there for a bear hunt. He's back home here in Nebraska now, but I still watch every upload. Its funny that I told my wife "Hey Samong shot a nice muley" and she got excited for you. If you ever make it to Nebraska during deer season, I'd be happy to show you some of the public spots

Awesome hunt and footage! Hardest part about self film is getting it on film or risking the deer getting away. For me I would’ve risk not getting the footage but man, it turned out great! I always tell myself to risk getting it on film first, it’s different though when you’re out in the field. Awesome hunt! Beautiful animal.

My buddy shot a spike elk when we were muzzle loader hunting and it wedged itself under a log like that. Had to take the elk apart to get it out. Congrats on the nice buck and the sweet rifle.

I know rhe thumbnail showed your buck but in the beginning I was like it's a grouse hunt video and maybe that's your dad's buck.....what a surprise dude just when you don't expect to see a deer you see one and it let's you set up a sweet shot. This year was extremely hot weather for WA state during deer season. 1st time ever that I know of. We couldn't have a camp fire. Only seen a few small bucks through the 12 days. Then a week later during Elk season. Weather was good. And seen lots of big bucks. The good thing... I had a Quality deer tag for late November. So I was able to fill my tag. Keep up the great work bud. You are definitely putting out amazing content.
