Get yourself some plastic cloths pins. Drill a hole in the handle and screw a small bell into it. Clamp that onto the end of your rod and it will tell you when you have a bite. Works really well for nighttime fishing, but it also works during day light. We used to use a bell all the time. Just a FYI.

Hi Samong, I have heard that one should never blow-up mattresses or pillows used for camping. The reason is there is always residual moisture from previous cycles that promote mold/fungi inhalation. Your health could be impacted, therefore use a small hand pump. Just a thought. Thank you and your brother for educating us in the ways of the wild.

I believe mold spores are everywhere, we breath mold spores on a daily, a small amount. We’ll be fine.

it's pretty tough even find a camping spot nowadays! I've never fished on the Snake River but I seriously fish just about every river in Washington State. I like your videos, but I think I like the fishing part the most LOL keep up the good work

Bino is better imo just because it is smaller and most of the time, glassing over 2k yards is a stretch for us CA hunters. By the time it is 2k yards, its one mountain to another. I have a Vortex spotting scope as well but, I've only used it twice or so....

You said you are going to start trying Marabou jigs. Getting them wet first before casting them will make sure your first couple casts are presented properly. Marabou takes some time to get completely wet, especially on new jigs. I steelhead fish and that's something I've learned. Great videos. Keep them coming. And God bless.

In campgrounds yes they are closed. You can still go out alone. But observe the 6 to 10 foot rule when other people come around you. Inslee just made it a stay at home state.

Yes, camping is closed on state lands but this was before the order went into effect. But WDFW just announced that they have closed off ALL water access for two weeks so no more fishing for now...
