It looks so amazing! The potatoes filling looks so delicious with the crispy crust!! Loved this recipe! we eat more keema samosas but this recipe looks like its as good. Can’t wait to make this Ramadan!

I love pastelitos, Jamaican patty, samosas as well as empanada but I will say Samosa is my favorite but they're the hardest to make using the Asian rice paper so I thought why not try using the Goya discs since I use them to make Jamaican patties and sure enough somebody had the same idea

Best looking empanadas I have seen! Looking so damn good. I have been craving samosas like crazy and I just bought a lot of empanada sheets just today. These are on my menu for the weekend and will freeze some for Ramadan! Great recipe and presentation 🤩
