I've been struggling to make tge samosa pastry. I've researched elasticity and stretchiness of dough widely and I've tried so many times, but I've failed to achieve a good samaosa wrap on all occasions. I'll try your recipe and see how it goes, as there are few differences between yours and the ones I've tried. Wish me luck

I usually put them in an airtight container or a zip.lock plastic bag before putting them in the fridge . That way they never "crack" when i try using them 🙏🏿
