This is the best and easiest wrapper recipe and cooking method that I have found. I used two skillets: one, non-stick; the other, for the water, was stainless steel. I used a spice bottle filled with flour to sprinkle between the wrappers to prevent them from sticking together. Every wrapper made by your method came out perfect, and I was able to roll them burrito or chimichanga style without them breaking. I have yet to master the envelope technique. Thanks so much for your terrific video.

But seems it takes a lot of time waiting 2minutes to cool for every roll🙄of should I use cold water to let it cool quickly

I did it..... I'm proud of myself and grateful to you since its my first time. While wrapping, some broke sha.... Can't pin point why.

Maybe cover them with a damp towel so they won’t dry out. Hope this helps

I have tried and tried and tried to make samosa pastry & it always failed…. This one came out PERFECTLY!!! I used my baking pan as au do not have a non stick pan, although if you grease a pan well & wait for it to cool completely then pull it off the pan very slowly, it will work.❤❤. I am happy happy happy. Thank you for sharing the & method.

To fry with ? Olive oil has a low smoke point. So I don't think it's a good idea

i think a way to keep it we can put anything we wanted inside the roll n then store in container inside the freezer.

Which exact measurements did you use? Was one cup of flour equivalent to one cup of water? Assuming flour was 500grams? How many litres of water can I add to that? Thank you🙏

The first one is not heated. D rest will obviously be in a hot pan. Just did mine and they turned out very beautiful ❤️
