Amazing value as always Sam! It was a game changer to me about a year ago when I realised that 'if you don't go forward, you go backwards', there's no such way of standing still ! Love your videos, I appreciate your knowledge and do my best to apply it and I count that as a way to make me go forward because it really does! Thank you Sam!

Sam is impressive how your older videos add so much value. I am the ecommerce business mainly doing Amazon FBA and your mindset content is so applicable to any business model. Focusing on valuable work and principles over noise and potential distractions. When I work less on new “things” the more profit and progress I do. Thank you for all the content you provide to the community

Thanks Sam. Very perceptive that people get bogged down and lazy day-to-day instead of making the boat go faster. Yes, it is a great thing to know to get an edge on the competition, but also a warning for entrepreneurs to always stay on top of their game!

Hi Sam Ovens, Your analysis question, "Does it make the boat go faster" is an interesting concept. In traditional business, drought with competition in the wider marketplace, a traditional business owner is scanning the product sales efficiency in the face of other like businesses, while trying to "trim" (sailing term) the overhead costs. Within direct sales, the way we increase our income is by: helping other people achieve through leadership (we teach them to "sail" out on the water (marketplace). Our reward system is geared to increasing business volume for a fellow partner....on the same "boat" our organisation. Very people oriented, but still on the ground finding solutions to growth and profitability and strengthening relationships. The overall aim for us is: grow business product volume, but also leadership skills and succeed getting multiple boats across the finish line (high qualification). Leaders qualify for compounding rebates and bonuses for holding group business together. No competition in the marketplace....just building your team. It is another focus...but can "float your boat" in a very satisfying way.

Hey Sam! This was a great message. A portion of every day should be spent on making the boat faster. I call this “pushing the needle forward”. I want to hear more about the software you use to automate your business. I used your consulting accelerator to come up with my own consulting business called Dominate Tech. I focus on showing clients how to automate their business using key software tools.

Oh! I also seem to have acquired a very handsome Rooster who is my alarm clock and doesn't stop crowing until he sees I am up and moving around after I feed him. A question - how did you buy an apartment - I assume with a mortgage unless you brought it in cash? - in Manhattan if you are not a US citizen (or do you just rent it). How much did it cost (to rent or to buy). And do you ever get scared of the size of the overhead or the amount of capital tied up in it?! Mega personal stuff but I am nosey!

Sam, you said you read all the comments here. Not sure how you get the time to do that, but great. You asked for comment on what your customers may wish in a video. Regarding your customers who are now earning $ 5 Million each year, can you tell us where they place their money, for safety, and to generate more revenue? Every successful person needs to invest their cash somewhere (not in a bank). Toronto, Canada.
