It is a South Africa favourite especially in winter.

Ingredients:
Samp & beans
1 cup of beans
2 cups of samp
2 bay leaf's
1 tbsp of oil
salt seasoning
1 cup of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
3/4 of a cup of cream
2 or 3 tbsp butter
