Go to a sound and enter edit or play. Next to the little selected sound is an arrow pointing to the right. Click on this until it becomes unselected. This will turn off the loop from playing.

You download the free version on the App Store which does not have serials. You will get a serial to register iRig KEYS and get SampleTank 2.5 L from our site for your Mac or PC though.

You should contact Tech Support (available from in app or our web site) and they will help you out.

Please contact support directly. One idea beforehand is to check the "Dock" setting and change that (in Settings) first to see if it helps.

Like rastarito said, are You going to implement splits anytime soon? For us travelling keyboard players it could be the perfect solution since we usually rely on backline keys and there's no time to program whatever board is available. Since the app is already multitimbral, adding support for splits would make it very useful...

Its a pity this App doesnt have a step sequencer. Can you use Genome Midi Sequencer to play this. I prefer to step sequence drums and also to have a sequencer window for each track.. The sounds in this App are very appealing as I prefer Samplers and Romplers to synths. However I need a way of arranging and sequencing those sounds.

I bought Sample Tank 2 and the all sounds pack but after a couple of days it has stopped working-there is no sound and the controls don't respond. I also have the free version of Sample Tank which works normally

You can record them using the recorder in SampleTank or send them out via Inter-App Audio or Audiobus to other apps to record, yes.

I have an iPad 4 with a camera connection kit going from the iPad to a Yamaha MM6 via USB. Will this app work or do I need to have the iRig device? Also, can you layer voices i.e. if I wanted to have a piano and a string ensemble play simultaneously? Thanks!

Sid Curtis SampleTank for iOS is Core MIDI compatible so if your controller works with other MIDI apps it should work fine with SampleTank. Yes, you can layer four parts.

I got problem using sampletank using my midi controller ( cme m key) ... i does detach and sync but the sound that came out is different .... i use all the sound and it giving out the same sound ( drum snare on the same key) and other sound and i change sound... but when i use different midi support app ... i didnt have problem with it...

Hi, our support team has communicated with Apple about the issue on the App Store where we are not able to provide an earlier version for those without 64-bit devices. Hopefully Apple will provide a solution soon.

yes, my kit is a yamaha dtx 500k and it transmits midi I also have the irig midi and irig keys but I don't know how to connect all this and play the kit sounds inside sampletank with my drums

You would need to connect the MIDI cables from your kit's brain to iRig MIDI. Note that drums typically transmit on Channel 10 so make sure your MIDI channel is set correctly on the drum set brain and on iRig MIDI.
