I just discovered this one two days ago unintentionally! Best thing ever!!! Paw Paw is a die hard beatles fan, and he raised me. So I grew up loving the music of the 50s - 70s. I've played this every bit of 20 times every day. I'm really anxious for my daughters to get home from their weekend with Paw Paw so I can pull this one up to jam out with.

For God's sake, Peter Frampton went totally uncredited on All Things Must Pass. Most lively because he was still with Humble Pie. There was an interview that I'm sure exists somewhere that I saw in the 70s. George said to Peter, play the lead on WahWah. Peter started the interview by saying that he tried hiding and playing low in the background. George stopped the song and told him at that very point. It's amazing that now, years later, hes listed in wiki when most never knew that info til the internet age. So, what are the chances that he played on any song in general or what he did? Clapton was obvious one of the other players. This is the same as the Beatles, lol. Till this day, parts are still argued over. George liked giving people a chance to shine and took the back seat quite often as a result. Peter was and still is a terrific musician, not just a guitarist. Heres a footnote. Peter Drake used the talk box to tune his pedal steel. Peter became taken by the talkbox. So much so that we all here it on the comes alive album. Joey was also pretty good with the guitar. If there was a question as to playing on a song, they surely would favor Eric first and George second. I'm not arguing this point. It is simply from an old interview that I recalled as a boy

George Harrison was an outstanding guitar player and composed many great 2:08 songs and riffs. He’s equally good on slide guitar. Lennon and McCartney both knew how great he was. Eric Clapton once said Harrison knew more guitar chords than anyone else.

0:27 - 0:57 as somebody who obtained a lot of influence from chord progressions from Radiohead, hearing that rhythm section with the 7 shapes rocked me to my core. I have so many songs that use the same type of b string add ons to major/7 bar chord shapes on the E string, so it gave me the goosebumps to see that Harrison had such an indie/bluesy like vibe to his songs from so many years ago. Paul or John were too focused on their basic forms that Harrison really let his augment/diminished/add progressions shine on this debut! I just really love that F#7 shape. It’s such a great sound. It’s defiant

early beatles they really went crazy with those crazy chord shapes, john especially. Im happy just to dance with you has augmented chords, till there was you has 9th chords, augmented, aven a 7add9 chord at one point. Any song john wrote was littered with 7 chords too, you can see it in the music videos. if anything george learned it from them

Nice work! I wish George Harrison's version was more laid back on the reverb like your version is. I think it's a more enjoyable song without that insane reverb space and I really wish they had remixed a version with less reverb as George Harrison had been interested in doing when they were doing one of the remastered editions. It is a shame it wasn't one of the bonus tracks.
