Hopefully this is sarcasm. Otherwise you either don't understand what proper form and controlled movement is all about and or don't understand the concept of a depletion workout. I.e. you don't understand anything about bodybuilding. First year entering, top six, placing ahead of big Ramy I'll add. This dude is the future!

@JaCal My friend I don't know anything about a depletion workout but what I do know is all the top bodybuilders from from 1965, I also know when bodybuilders are doing synthol, and all bodybuilders on that olympia stage today are synthol users. Look at Derek's arm's, if you tell me right now you can't tell the Derek is pumping his arms with synthol, this debate is over. There's only 3 guys that stand above everyone else to this day, and thats Dorian yates Ronnie Colman Phil Heath Dorian yates the most conditioned mr olympia that ever entered the stage, Ronnie Colman had the most muscle packed on a frame without using synthol, and phil Heath has the most complete package we've ever seen

He was a few days out from Olympia here so body depleated thus no heavy weights as he's approaching his final cut. Did you watch him in this years Olympia. He looked phenomenal. 1st year competing and placed 6th. I would have had him 3rd or 4th. BTW was Jay Cutler a joke to u?

Lee Haney is my personal favourite mr olympia, watch Lee Haney posing routine, he had pure finesse, watch Haney and tell me if you think anyone poses better than him today, I'm interested in your opinion, I know you know what you're talking about
