My Opinion: Based on the performance analysis, Samson Dauda deserved the title of Mr. Olympia due to his combination of muscle mass, dryness, and posing. While Hadi displayed excellent striations and definition, Samson's X-frame physique and dominant poses made him the best in this competition. --- Questions E1: How did Hadi Choopan's quadriceps compare to other competitors? Hadi Choopan showcased exceptional quadriceps definition, which was one of his strongest assets in the competition. His quadriceps displayed strong striations and excellent conditioning, especially in side poses, where his muscles appeared completely "dry" and defined. In comparison to Samson Dauda, whose figure was impressive but more mass-based, Hadi had the advantage in muscle sharpness and definition. Fitzwater also had good quadriceps, but they did not match Hadi's level of detail. Derek Lunsford had visible muscles, but his dryness and definition did not reach Hadi's level, which exposed him to some criticism. E2: What specific poses gave Samson Dauda an advantage? Samson Dauda particularly excelled in poses that highlighted his X-frame physique, including poses such as the side chest and most muscular. These poses emphasized his symmetry, shoulder width, and leg dryness, which earned him crucial points from the judges. Additionally, Samson displayed exceptional control throughout his movements, slowing down and showcasing each muscle in a controlled manner, which further highlighted his mass and harmony. Compared to others, especially Hadi and Derek, Samson's ability to balance size, definition, and controlled posing was decisive for his victory. E3: What role does controlled posing play in bodybuilding competitions? Controlled posing plays a crucial role in bodybuilding competitions as it allows the competitor to showcase their muscles, symmetry, and definition in the best light. Competitors who can slowly and precisely transition between poses can display every detail of their bodies, from shoulder width to leg dryness and abdominal detail. Samson Dauda demonstrated in this video how controlled posing can make a difference, as each of his movements was thoughtful, allowing him to fully capitalize on his muscular advantages. Moreover, control over poses prevents competitors from losing muscle tension, which is key to achieving optimal results in front of the judges. --- Educational Article: How Bodybuilding Competitions Work and Key Elements for Winning Bodybuilding competitions are a visual sport that requires not only muscle mass but also definition, symmetry, and body control through posing. Competitors prepare for months, going through rigorous diets and intense training to achieve the perfect balance of muscle mass and dryness, which entails minimal body fat levels and maximum muscle definition. Main Criteria for Winning: 1. Muscle Mass: Larger muscles that are proportional to the competitor's body often provide an advantage, but they must be in line with symmetry and proportions. 2. Definition: Muscle dryness and pronounced striations are key factors. These characteristics allow judges to see the details of each muscle, which can be decisive in tight competitions. 3. Symmetry: Balance between different muscle groups. Competitors must have harmony between the upper and lower body, as well as between the left and right sides. 4. Posing: Posing is the way competitors display their bodies to the judges. Poor posing can diminish the impressiveness of even the best-built competitor. Samson Dauda excelled in this discipline, utilizing slower and controlled poses to highlight the strength and symmetry of his body. The Role of Judges: Judges evaluate competitors based on these criteria and score them according to how well each competitor meets these standards. Therefore, while muscle mass can leave a strong first impression, details such as muscle striations and precision in posing can lead to victory, as was the case with Samson Dauda at this year's Mr. Olympia. --- Concluding Diagram A[Main Criteria for Winning] --> B[Muscle Mass] A --> C[Definition] A --> D[Symmetry] A --> E[Posing] E --> F[Control over Poses] C --> G[Muscle Dryness] C --> H[Striations] The diagram illustrates the main criteria that judges use to evaluate competitors in bodybuilding competitions. Here’s how to read it: 1. Main Criteria for Winning (Node "A"): These are the key factors based on which judges assess competitors. 2. From Node A, it branches into four main criteria: Muscle Mass (Node "B"): This refers to the total amount of muscle a competitor possesses. Definition (Node "C"): This relates to how clearly the muscles are highlighted, meaning their dryness and striations. Symmetry (Node "D"): This is the balance of muscle development between different body parts, including upper vs. lower body and left vs. right side. Posing (Node "E"): This refers to how the competitor showcases their muscles to the judges. 3. Posing (Node "E") is particularly important because it includes Control over Poses (Node "F"). Control helps the competitor to properly display their muscles. 4. Definition (Node "C") further divides into: Muscle Dryness (Node "G"): This indicates how low the competitor’s body fat is, highlighting their muscles. Striations (Node "H"): These are the lines and details judges look for in the muscles, showcasing the competitor's conditioning. This diagram outlines the relationships between the criteria and explains how they interconnect when assessing competitors. Yes, based on the analysis from the video, I believe Samson Dauda rightfully won Mr. Olympia. His X-frame physique, control over poses, and muscle dryness were key factors. While Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford had strong points (Hadi's definition and Derek's mass), Dauda displayed an exceptional combination of symmetry, definition, and posing, which set him apart in the final stages of the competition. His ability to showcase his muscles in a way that maximized their width and sharpness was crucial. As evidenced by the judges' and audience's reactions, Dauda met all the criteria necessary for victory, making him the best choice.

Hadi already won once. But keep crying. That will help.
@pesarekhob3089Ай бұрын
@@ElCoco1984 There is no reason to cry, the latter is a great position and we are also happy, and of course a series of facts are already known....

@@ElCoco1984 But that doesn't mean he shouldn't win again. He was peeled to the bone in both 2023 and 2024.

Bro just look at physique comparison and first of all it's Mr Olympia and hadi was too small to be Mr Olympia it's not 212 common open ur eyes see hadi triceps its soo small open ur eyes b4 criticizing
@usmanyounas872Ай бұрын
@@Vihaansingh31 Hadi's coach and Mr Olympia's management know better in which category he falls and in bodybuilding it is not only the size game that is seen. In 2023, when Hadi lost, Mr.Olympia's management faced a lot of criticism, Tyler Mannin came out and said that why Derrick had won even though the judges had won Hadi, but he changed the result and made Derrick win because he thought he was better than Hadi.I felt and proved that the opinion of the judges does not matter, this is our family business and I will decide who's the winner.
