This was a wonderful performance. Bittersweet seeing the Cello. I have been a Regina Spektor fan for a LONG time, and my son's first concert was Regina Spektor. The Cello reminds me of Daniel Cho. My wife and I saw Regina in concert here in Australia with Daniel playing Cello in her band, and he was amazing. We saw him in April of 2010. In July of 2010 he drowned in Switzerland, where the tour had progressed to. If you are reading this Regina, I reckon Daniel is still buzzing in those strings!

I truly love Reginas songs but this performance of Samson is totally on another level. Such a graceful and delicate interpretation, so emotional and vulnerable. Victorias talent is beyond any doubt outstanding. Chapeau to Ro Rowan on cello as well and congrats to the team round Kaplan and Glasco for the exceptional recording. A masterpiece.
