Glad you like it :-) To me it just sounds like they put the mic too far away and opened up the compression to get her voice back. Many sound engineers today think that compression = good sound, without actually having a clue how a microphone works. The song is utterly beautifull but the recording of the piano and expecially her voice... is just... well I think it's horrible.

Such a revolutionary cover that even the meaning of "teenage dirtbag" changed (at least for me).
