Some ideas for you sam! - Use lipo batteries to power a model train[ preferebly steam loco] - Make a franken-locomotive using mix matched parts from a bunch of different engines,( it has to be a steam locomotive, so you can mix match external and internal parts) - Make a locomotive do a loop-de-loop on a stretch of track. - Construct a propper out door layout. - When its winter, put a snow plow on a locomotive and have it go through the snow( or use baking flower) and see how big of a "snow" drift it can go through. - Put a model rocket on a peice of rolling stock, and attempt to beat your scale speed record. - somehow, make a stretch of track that goes verticle, and somehow make the locomotive go up a wall (try using magnets, or use strings) Keep up the good work! I love the experiments, theyre quite entertaining. If you could find time to make a video out of any of these it would make my year.

I was without power or heat for 3 days, huddled under 8 layers of blankets so I wouldn't freeze to death. And I was one of the lucky ones! I get it, it sounds absurd, losing our shit over 3 inches of snow. But when your infrastructure, your housing/apartment construction, your society and psychology is designed around "It never snows here", 3 inches of white stuff can and did bring us to our knees. Imagine if Britain were hit by a 100 degree Fahrenheit heat wave for a week straight? Y'all have thick brick construction, most houses don't have air con. Regarding OO vs O - each (British) O wagon should be approx 2^3 = 8X the weight of the equivalent OO gauge wagon. So the Pecket was pulling an equivalent of 56 OO wagons of similar type. Not too bad at all..... :) P.S. I think just like with HO/OO, your O is larger than ours, so it still should be a 2-1 relationship.

1:57 I like how the OO gauge looks like narrow gauge tracks on the O gauge track

haha I know right!! ;D

0-16.5 narrow gauge 😁
@Scott_3F3 жыл бұрын
@@robinforrest7680 exactly or better yet you can use your O as standard gauge and OO gauge as a miniature engine
@robinforrest76803 жыл бұрын
@@Scott_3F 0-16.5 is quite common for 7mm scale narrow gauge as is 9mm N gauge as 00-9 in 4mm scale. If you want an 0 scale miniature railway you could use N or even Z gauge track...

idea for an experimant: can a 0-4-0 beat a 4-6-2 in a race/power/reliabilyty ( i think i wrote that wrong ) maybe even try a 0-4-0 vs a 9f. i think that the 4-6-2/9f will beat the 0-4-0 but I can be wrong

Pulling the skin off a rice-pudding has got to be the funniest experiment ever :-)

SAM: Can you eat rice pudding cold? ME: Yes, it's delicious to eat. Depending on the 'source' of the rice pudding they can sometimes be more milky pudding than rice pudding! I always enjoy your experimental playing with trains.

I know this sounds weird but thank you for making my day feel a little bit more cheerful. Sadly my grandmother passed away and we are attending a funeral. I’ve been quite down lately so thank you for making this video as I found today very hard for me. You always make my day feel better but this one is more special. Kind Regards Percy Rebecca xxx
