Is not waterproof because when my samsung a04s dropped to the water in 14 minutes was absolutely not working I go to the man who fix phones and he said to me that it will be 110 dollars of course I dont accept it bc I buy my phone 110 dollars

How lucky of me? I accidentally leave phone at outside the house and its rain but i leave it under the tree at 5 pm. At 5:30 pm started to rain and at 1 pm it stopped rain and i quickly check phone and started to notice that i forgot phone so i pick it up and quickly put it in rice for 1 day and after, the phone work.
