"You're a lifesaver!😪😪😪 I just woke up in the middle of the night, and my phone was acting strangely. When I unlocked the screen, it stayed on for only about 5 seconds while i was using it before going off again. it just went black. It seemed like the UI was glitching out. I tried long-pressing the power button, and only the power off, restart, and Emergency buttons appeared, everything else not showing on the screen, even though the phone was on. Unable to sleep, I searched on KZbin and luckily found this video that solved the issue! My a32 was not totally frozen but it was not turning on. when i was holding the power button it would just show the power off or restart options but when will go just black again. your method really helped me Thank you

I did the force restart on my a32 5g too, eben few times, but the touch screen still no response 😔 What other solution u can suggest?

i had wierd thing that it wasnt frozen but the touchscreen wasnt working. Pls help. Restarting didnt help. The phone worked perfectly fine a second before, then i accidentally pressed the off button, turned it back on and boom touchscreen isnt working.
