0:46 not ONE OF THE BEST but its gonna be THE BEST midrange phone this year...it so good in all aspect..plus it get sd card slot and 3.5 headphone jack (which other flagship lack of these things)and has ip67 rating also got longer 3years OS and 4 years security updates(which is very rare to see in midrange market...especially on ANDROID devices)..what an unique smartphone

Yes exactly. Ppl complain its more expensive than the F3, GT master Edition etc but if you look at the software side of things, ip rating, headphone jack, etc it's really good value for money 💰😁

I got the Samsung A52s at around 370$, happy with my decision... A few issues with the A52s camera, UW camera struggles quite a bit in low light, OIS doesn't work because the images in dark have too much NOISE with high ISO. One more tip, you have to hold your A52s extra steady while clicking in the dark using night mode. The selfie camera has some sort of beautification mode enabled by default...

​@@DrHamezTech #Subscribed. I guess, due to the lack of Dual-Pixel tech OIS doesn't work as efficiently as the flagships. I compared the rear, and selfie camera with my Pixel 2 XL and found that the images from Pixel 2 XL, especially in the low-light were a bit better, and also from the selfie camera as well.

great review. im confused between the a52s and nord 2, but im leaning more towards the nord 2 as the a52s primary and front camera lenses dont support ois in 4k recording and ois and stabilization in general seems lacking in a52s. this makes nord2 better in overall camera performance.

I may want to add that this phone support Samsung Pay. Understood now Malaysia have so many e-wallet but i still consider Samsung Pay as one of the easier way to pay without taking out your debit/credit card.😬😬

Really haven't tested the Xperia 5 II before so I can't comment much but the audio from the A52s is decent. Not the best like the ROG 5 but good and loud enough

With the M52 5G it's bigger with also a bigger battery but it doesn't have a headphone jack. Looks like a better buy than the A52s 🤔

The M52 doesn't have stereo speakers. No stereo speakers on a midrange phone in 2021 is a big no no for me. Unless you don't care about speakers, go for it

If the S20 FE 5g is not much difference on price for you in your country, I would go for that instead. The display size is almost the same and has more stuffs in it. Otherwise yes I would recommend this 😁

Hmm I think this actuallu competes with the F3 really well if you're looking for a nicer display, better cameras, and yes like you said if you dislike MIUI. Yes in terms of raw gaming performance it's behind but it has its advantages in my opinion 🤔😁

The sound through the headphones is pitiful compared to the j3 2016 with very good panasonic headphones on the a52s and you can hear noises as if there was a phone firecracker.

Don't find the battery as good as my previous Honour view 20 which was a 4,000 mh,it would last all day and still have 40% left even with a ninty minutes walk with Spotify and plenty of KZbin viewing.This one despite being 500 mh more drops quicker,also notifications come in in batches as a result of the aggressive doze mode designed to save battery power, otherwise very pleased.

Most samsung phones battery don't last more than a day unless you consider the M series which gained popularity mainly due to the massive battery capacity. If you're using this phone and want to save battery, better to use standard refresh rate since 120 hz doesn't have adaptive refresh rate in this phone, so your phone will continuously stay at 120hz even when the app doesn't require it to and that takes a huge toll on battery.

@@DrHamezTech I like Nord 2 for its design, main camera and Oxygen OS but only 2 years software updates, bad rumors last months and getting back to Oppo its not very trusting. Samsung shiny plastic rails look a lil bit cheap. A52s got only 2.UFS, bad haptics but is overall in every aspect good phone. By Poco F3 I don't like the cameras and Miui.

imo the price of a52s is too steep. Especially when Poco F3 exists. If you want headphone jack and expandable storage, theres the Poco X3 Pro instead. The chipset in X3 pro should perform about the same as a52s, and also its about half the price

Very good points! But I think where the A52s shines is definitely in the cameras and that AMOLED Display. Of course in general the Poco X3 Pro and F3 are always clear winners but some may not like the MIUI, and the average cameras imo.
