Good video, agree with most of it. I actually love the voice commands, especially when going for a long walk or working out. Not having to touch the phone or the ear buds to me is a game changer. I don't know. Maybe I have a good memory, but the voice commands are pretty easy to remember and there aren't that many of them. Just like with anything it just takes a short time to get used to it. The only other thing I don't agree with is thr Galaxy fold 6. I returned mine because I just hate the narrow front screen and the battery life and camera is better on the s24 ultra....not to mention I'm still waiting for a reduction in the crease which to me is still too noticeable when sliding your finger around the phone. Really wish they would take queues from Google and others on the outer screen dimensions. Anyway, good job.

Thanks for the detailed review. I'm using the XM4 right now and wanted to buy a new wireless earbuds and thanks to your review I decided to try the Buds 3 Pro since I have the S23 Ultra and mostly I wanted earbuds that has good microphone for calls. If the sound quality is not as good as the XM4, I will have to buy the Sennheiser Momentum 4 TWS for listening to music. This is my 3rd XM4 and the battery is draining fast just like the previous two that I've owned. Thanks to good after sales service from Sony, I managed to get the XM4 replaced twice for free and each time it lasted around 10 months before the battery drains fast again. So basically I've owned 3 XM4s. Hope you will continue to make tech content or any content that you enjoy making. Speedy recovery for your hand too :)

@@nguyenan9737 In terms of sound quality, I still think that the XM4 is better. More bass on the XM4. More immersion. It feels like the Buds 3 Pro isn't deep enough in my ear compared to the XM4, maybe is because of the foam tips of XM4 that I'm used to at this point. I have to change the silicone eartip of the buds 3 pro to foam tips to confirm that. I currently can't change it because of the design of the buds 3 pro eartips that have the mesh thingy. The transition from ANC to ambient sound and vice versa when voice is detected is more seamless than on the XM4. The microphone is way clearer on the buds 3 pro. The other downside other than sound quality is I can't sleep with the buds 3 pro on. My left ear is super uncomfortable lying against the bed but my right ear is fine but still not as comfortable as on the XM4.

Great review and great authentic videos, don't quit. I just put my xm4's in the washer…. rest in peace. Are these as punchy as the xm4's with clear bass turned to max? I'd like to see the review of the fold, looking for an upgrade.(My galaxy s10+ finally starting to show it's age since launch)

Oh no! RIP to the legendary XM4s! And yes, side by side I would say the Galaxy Buds sound better in terms of clarity and bas response. But the ANC is a bit better on the Xm4's. Thank you for much for the kind words!

@@rolins3279 Ironically I actually swapped out the foam tips on my XM4's right after I got them because they kept getting left inside my ears after I removed the earbud!

I dont think its sadly, if it were glass itd weigh more and could shatter. Plastic is lighter, and more durable

Funny enough, I was actually looking into getting these because my XM4's batteries are just not lasting anymore. It's gotten to a point where I'm lucky if I get a full hour out of them...RIP. Appreciate you for comparing the two!

I was having the same exact issue with mine! I just figured I was due for an upgrade and with Samsung's trade in program running right now I felt it was a no brainer. Glad I could help!

@@Nicktechnoo For real! Apparently it's a really common issue with the XM4's. With that being said, I wasn't really interested in spending another $300 on the XM5's knowing they had such a widespread battery issue with their previous models. These being $50 cheaper (plus another $50 off when trading my XM4's) made them really enticing...glad you're finding their sound quality comparable with the XM4's though, will definitely have to give them a try for myself! Also looking forward to trying out their transparency mode as that was an area the XM4's were definitely lacking.

I thought the medium preinstalled eartips fit fine also. At first. But, then I tried the small tips and the fit was so much better. Sealed alot better. Sound was 100% better.

are you really trading in the xm4s? you can get the same 50$ off with any 10$ pair of wireless earbuds.

Couple of addendums..... The interpreter in my experience is crap. I tried it on foreign KZbin videos and it was showing me gibberish. The text from my English was also way off. And the blade lights are useful if you happen to drop the buds in a dark place and go looking for it. Theyll light up when using find my device. Thats about it
