The reason you dont find them loud enough is bc galaxy buds and your phone have two different volumes. First increase volume on the buds via touch pad and then adjust your phone's volume.

@@OfficialGamesky go in settings choose the settings for when you tap and hold. Select volume than tap and hold on the right one till "full blast" and after that the sound output will double when you use your media volume key on your phone

@@ashleymarin6710 you cant have the app on iphone but you can on any android app. Iphone doesnt have the dual volume because you cant control volume with the buds on iphone, you can access only voice assistant, pause, next and previous song. So you wont have the problem with dual volume.

You have to more frequently charge the earbuds. At 13 hours they may last me 4 days. This means l have to check they have power. And sometimes l may just forget. Now if l dont have an S10 l may not be in a position to charge them & l will have to go without. Its just a nuisance. And the thing is why can't a company as large as Samsung invest in a decent battery. It can't be that expensive, because other manufacturers have done it and with products at a lower price. For US $130 l would not buy them because l feel Samsung is taking advantage of its customers by offering as little as they can for a fairly hefty price. Example my mifo 05 should last me about 33 days before having to charge them and they were under US $100. Why cant Samsung do the same??

The VOLUME should be good. The volume of the wired AKG headphones that came with the S10+ I got, Are very loud in my opinion. In a very loud noisy room or place, Halfway through the Volume bar is more than Enough, so These Buds, being Tuned by AKG, should have around the same Volume.

just got them a month ago less than $100 , it does what it says pretty well, the most of all they are really comfortable and well fitted. I am really happy with it, no issues... People complain about charging capacity, but 6(ear buds) + 7 (case) =13 hours it is really good enough for many days in my case.. and tossing in it on my wireless charger really really easy. It does fundamental right comparing to icon X(too many damn functions)... 1. comfortable and well fitted 2. not the best audiophile quality but for me sound quality is fine and good to go... 3. well built. and easy control 4. Safe (ambient mode is really great when you ride bicycle or walk your dog in the City)

Hack to the battery life on the galaxy buds If your like me then you only use 1 earbud at a time i almost never put both in idk why i just dont but you could just use 1 earbud at a time and get like 12 hours on 1 bufs charge and like 20 hrs on the case charge

I got these free because I pre-ordered my S10+ early and got them about 6 weeks after I got my new phone. I am so glad I didn't have to pay for them because I would have been so disappointed! When they are working, they are great, but I keep my phone in my pocket while I am working in my yard (I am retired and a Texas Master Gardener). I have tried all of the suggestions to keep my music from breaking up, like turn of the always on screen, etc. but no matter, when walking, bending down my music stops, skips to the next song. I went back to my SX-991 buds on a hard neck ring. It works the way I wish my ear buds worked.

Great video man! I got my buds Friday I was worried but I have to say I love them. I don't know if the Dolby atmos on my Note 9 is helping but the sound is great. I have heard a lot about them including some on Google who do written reviews for magazines and websites that do a best of the best earbuds lists saying these are the best of the best. They are now off my list. For me yes functionality matters but sound is EVERYTHING !! Samsung released an update for galaxy buds a week ago that has bricked many headphones (mine included). Plenty of discussion on Samsung support forums [ us.community.samsung.com/t5/Gear-and-Gear-Fit/Galaxy-Buds-only-one-side-works-at-a-time-after-update/td-p/509605 ]. Its a been a week since the update and no fix in sight - Samsung have sent me a satchel to return the buds, however a replacement will take at least a month due to supply constraints. Guess I'll be getting some airpods...

Idk I guess I was too harsh at first. I like them now. Not my daily but they are convenient and that's enough for me

Depends if you have an iPhone or Android. If you have an iPhone I'd recommend waiting to see what the Airpods 2 offer. But if you have Android then I think these are a no brainer.

I just read in the comments that someone tried to use them on an s7 the only problem was that it didnt have the equalizer ( not sure if its true ). Im still getting them because the phone has a built in equalizer anyway. Hope this helps!

That's right but it does mean you have to charge the case much more often than most other truly wireless earbuds. The Mifo o5 gets you around 100hrs with it's case

Yes and that is a pain for people who use earbuds daily. My mifo 05s were received on 25th February fully charged. Used daily for a few hours and l have not charged the case yet. I cant help feeling that at this price people should be expecting much more from Samsung
