samsung galaxy folder 2 (full review) 🖤🤍

This is my last video for 2023. This year has had it's ups and downs but at least it is almost done. I do hope for 2024 to be better, especially as I am now in the process of getting myself together and planning for the foreseeable future.
This video is a 37 min (yes, it is long) review on the Samsung Galaxy Folder 2. I've wanted to do a review for a while but had to find the time (mostly due to work). I have tried my best to cover as much as possible here; to note this is the 2nd time I have ever spoken in videos so if my wording/sentences come off awkward it is because I am not used to my voice and can be nervous.
The main things covered include the specs/design, information on software and also apps I have on the phone. Overall, I would recommend this phone if you would like something minimalist for the basics. Although social media can be downloaded on this phone, you have the option to delete it and the same applies to pre-installed Samsung apps (via external means). The phone is old due to being released in 2017 so don't expect it to be snappy.

i still use my samsung folder as a phone, if anyones doing research, boost mobile is compatible with this phone, and its relatively cheap. I absolutely adore this phone and has held up for a whole year. the only downside is, is that it takes like 10 years to charge. so keep that in mind.

@_cats honestly it's been great. I'm in the midwest and I have great service! I've never noticed a drop in calls and I'm using boosts cheapest plan.

Hi, I use various apps (i.e. moddroid/jojoy) or just type the modded app I want in Google and download - to note if downloading modded apps via Samsung Internet you will need to allow download from unknown sources in settings.

Yes, but idk if all the SIM cards work so you have to check with your operator. Ik that Verizon, Bouygues and Orange works with it but idk about the rest

Hi, I got mine 2nd hand from EBay; the white model tends to run out of stock quickly though - iirc it took 3 to 4 months to find one and I was lucky to get the last 2nd hand model (from same seller)

I ordered a SM-1600 version from AliExpress for around ~75$ including shipping and could not find a case on Ali. In your link case costs quarter of what I paid for the phone.. £25.52 I guess I will be using it without a case. So sad, case should not cost so much.

Yeah I don’t think this phone is supported in the US. But I do have a flip phone just not touchscreen but basic as heck lol. Looks nice but idk it might distract me too much 🤭

This phone, apart from the original version and the 2021 version, is divided into two: the SM 1600, which is not compatible in the US, and there is the SM 1650, which people who have bought it say is compatible for the US

I just got this phone! If you’re in the states boost mobile should work (im in Tennessee it’s what I have for this phone and it works for me! ) also make sure it’s the g 1650 version that’s the one that I got and the one that works in the us
