In this video i have tested the dual sim capability of the samsung j7 duos phone. i have tested Jio sim and other operator sim to check if both will work together properly. this video also shows samsung j7 jio network problem if you put two jio sims in the phone together.

Sir , i have one jio and one airtle sim on my smasing galaxy j7 nxt device.. i tried to use the smart dual sim but there after the settings it is shown failed amd what bugs me the most is that when some one calls me on sim 1 or sim 2 they are told that the call is forwarded to another sim... plz fix this

Sir in my papa's phone Sim1 is bsnl and sim2 is jio...but when I tried to call on 2nd no it was not working I also followed the rules of using jio sim according to sms received....but when I completely switched to sim2 then the call was working...but when both is on call is not working..hence does than means jio doesn't have calling ability in dual sim? Pls help me

This phone allows 4g/LTE on one sim only. If you chose 4g on Airtel then Jio will not work. If you choose 3g on Airtel then Jio will work.

You will have to make sure LTE is switched on for Jio sim. Only then it will work. Airtel should work with no problem.

Go to settings- connections-mobile network. In network mode chose (LTE/3g/2g) for Jio.

you cannot have two 4g sim data working at the same time on the galaxy j7. since jio is only 4g data connection , when you switch on 4g on the other sim the jio sim will stop working.

+kimberly bynoe there two versions of j7 (J7 and J7 prime). Samsung has launched a new version of the same phone in the past 3 years. In the market now there are 3 versions of J7 (2015, 2016 and 2017). So it depends on which model you have purchased and which years make is it.

Ken Knows More ok . Its supposed to be j7 2016 dual sim model ..the one without the finger print scanner feature.

Sir mere paas jio 4g aur voda 4g hai aur jab mai vodafone ka data enable karta hu to jio ka connection lost ho jata hai lekin jab jio ka data enable karta hu to both sim work perfectly Aur mujhe vodafone se data use karna aaur chahta hu ki jio no. Bhi enable rahe but nhi rahta kya karu tell me something 😪

LTE is 4g. You will have an option 2g/3g/LTE Chose that option.
