I'm in the same boat. Didn't know this was available when I got my S10 Lite a month ago. S10 Lite is a great phone with a better processor than M51 but I would have chose the M51 for the battery if I knew about it last month. Well... hopefully in a couple years when I upgrade again they will have another even better big battery phone.

Actually M series doesn't have knox security unlike A series that's why they r cheaper and have one ui core not full one ui so no secure folder no edge lighting no good lock no screen recorder etc this phone is a mix tho as this is the most expensive phone of M series they gave knox security but still one ui core and only couple features like screen recording so your old M31 Vs A51 is wrong as M31 has very less features

One big negative that people forget about the M Series and the main reason I chose the A71 over this- This is One UI Core version and not the One UI full version. Meaning, it looses out on Secure Folder, Samsung Pay and Knox Security. But if that is not for you then this is an awesome phone.

Actually, A7 2018 had a power button fingerprint sensor, had it as my last phone, held up nice for 2 years!

I have this phone and this a rare Qualcomm chip Sammy. The display is also something in no other Samsung device - Super AMOLED plus. The battery is almost double that of what normal phones have, so the thickness isn’t really much. My only complaints - carrier aggregation disabled and 90Hz not present.

The greatest hidden catch to the M series devices is that you don't get the 3rd year of software support. It's a great 1st device for a new Samsung user and they are hoping to funnel them into eventually pay a little more and buying the A series.

This phone interests me, Its on the Samsung UK site at £329 but that's all I can find in the UK. It's a UK model so obviously released in the UK yet no one is selling it anywhere, It's actually £100 cheaper than the A71. Even Sammobile has no firmware for it M515F which is the European version shows no firmware. Kinda weird, its like it exists yes but no one knows it exists apart from Samsung and its actually a bargain compared to A51 and A7
