Good review... Watching on my note 10 plus aura glow... I own the defender pro... And clear symmetry... The clear symmetry does not give good screen protection... The lip is almost none... Sides don't cover the edges... Idk how you said great protection on screen... I don't use it anymore... But the defender pro can't be beat when it comes to total protection 360 degrees 👌

The Otterbox Defender for my Note 10 Plus was my first choice for a case when I purchased my phone. My first accidental drop test was right off my table on to the wood floor. The case is served its purpose . I am wondering how this case will hold up against concrete and marble floors and a 5 ft. drop.

I have the black symmetry. It's a nice case that looks nice. Not bulky. But, the back doesn't have much grip. The sides however do have grip. All in all, i like it.

Doesnt cover screen near as good as previous otter boxes, the one I had on my V30 plus, was perfect, that being said its had some hard drops and keeps ticking.good for the phone in general, less so for the screen. Also the area by the charger came apart, superglued it back togoether. I got the Symetry case

I bought otterbox symmetry (Black) for my Note 10 plus, it's just OK, not as good as UAG monarch. It's slim and not too much burden on my jeans pocket but too slippery. I would recommend to buy UAG monarch and don't waste your money on any of these cases..

Best cases on the market, imo. I've owned these cases before, but the reason I wouldn't buy it, is because they don't make kick stands for them. And I am not talking about the clip on belt. This is supposed to be a "stand"? No, not really.

I have a defender as well and it will start charging for about 10 seconds on a wireless charger and then it stops charging. Then the charger light just starts blinking on the wireless charger. If I take the phone out of the defender case and put it on the wireless charger it works just fine.

I used symmetry on Note 9 and just bought Note 10 plus so I got another symmetry for Note 10 plus. But the inside of the case that touches Note 10’s back glass is not soft any more as the Note 9 symmetry. I’m not sure if I got a fake one. On the Note 9 it’s a hybrid design with soft material on the inside.

Hope you can help. I bought a made by Samsung rugged case for my note 10 plus - the military grade one with the 2 kick stands? My only concern is that the screen is fairly exposed. The ottorbox defender looks fantastic and I'm especially pleased to see you can cover the screen with the holster. In your opinion would it offer better protection than the one I already have or is it much of a same level of protection? I only ask because I can't find anyone doing a comparison video. Would really appreciate your advice.

Defender cases are too thick for wireless charging. I own a note 9 with a defender case and it does not work. I have tried 4 different chargers and none work. they work for about 2 seconds and stop

@@bobknorek8825 i agree I own a note 9 I and have the Samsung wireless charger with otterbox defender and it does stop....it's the rubber backing... I also own the note 10 plus aura glow and the otterbox defender pro and otterbox symmetry clear case...both work with wireless charging 👌

I have the defender pro case with my note 9 and it works. I have the samsung duo wireless charger and found that u have to put the phone horizontal and as middle as u can get on the charger that has the stand and it works. No trouble at all

I had a defender and over time the buttons became inoperable. The plastic also cracked on the front. I found myself constantly removing and replacing the case just to press the wake button to use my phone.

Otterbox cases no longer include screen protector. You have to purchase and apply separately.

I didn't (don't ) really care about the color because I always use an OtterBox defender. I just ordered the fastest to ship color at the time which for me was the blue. I did buy a Spigen clear case that I put on when in bed or over a carpeted area 😂. I always keep my phone boxes too. When I sell them to upgrade they look completely brand new(even keep the plastic wrap). I'm a total phone nerd and always keep mine in tip top condition. A scratch or (God forbid) cracked screen would drive me crazy. OtterBox all the way here. Belt clip and all. I'm over 45 so nobody bothers me about that and I don't bother them about their man purses either 🤣🤣🤣
