a lot of s23s are being bricked after the update. when you connect the charger, it flashes as if its about to turn on but it doesn't display if its charging or the logo. There is no way to restart or factory reset as the screen doesn't display anything when it tries to turn on.

I just want them to fix the HDR PLAYBACK issue with OTT apps and media apps like VLC. samsung auto-adjusts HDR brightness based on ambient light, so if you watch a HDR content indoors, it becomes so dark that even day time scenes are barely visible, forget about the night time scenes.

S23 Ultra on T Mobile Got an update on the 10th ending CXE3. I can report emphatically that it did nothing to improve my Google Messenger Issues over Bluetooth in my car :)

Does it fixes the slow charging issue started with oneui 6.1?

Got it slow with oneui 6.0 and got it exact same slow with oneui 6.1 . At least the last 20% remaining charging capacity from 80% to 100% takes 10 to 15 minutes. From around 20% up to 80% charging is done with around 30 to 40 minutes. Thats on 45W official charger from Samsung.

I have the 1st May update arrive yesterday, oddly now I cannot get the phone to do superfast or fast charge. Just a 2hr slow charge. Cable and plug are fine as they still fast charge my tablet. No idea what to do!!

I have bought aftermarket wireless charger in which max charging power reaches of 15 Watts (Qi). That i think is the max wireless charging this phone supports. And thats slow, real slow. And i prefer to use it this way just because i never heard that during stormy weather anybody from my friends have lost their phones due to power surges from lightning... Different story when its actually plugged in by the cable to the charger.

Idk about the camera issue specifically. A lot of issues Samsung users may be facing are upstream AOSP issues that might have been fixed in newer quarterly and monthly releases like 14-QPR3 (AP2A). But they never port to newer releases except the baseline initial one and they miss many recommended security and privacy patches not declared in the ASB, and some high/critical ones are never backported.

They only pushed out a 2nd May update here in the UK for my unlocked S23 Ultra. What's worse is the phone now has stutters and an even worse battery life.

This phone is great. but the cameras are horrible and it seems no one in samsung is addressing this issue. a photo comes out grainy and blurry in ideal light conditions. The Pixel8 for comparison is like comparing a 2005 nokia to a DSLR. I am shocked how is this not addressed yet. its been like this since the S22. S23 suffers the same.
