If you believe it or not, but one ui 6.1 affect this phone so much, i am using my s23 ultra with one ui 6.0 and i easily get 57-60 fps in highest graphics with 60 fps. Even i am playing this game almost 3 hours constantly without any break, still phone give me minimum 55 fps, only use your your phone under fan or AC, so it can't heat much I noticed in your video the gpu use is 80-83 and cpu usage 77-80, but in my device the gpu usage is 90-95, and also cpu usage is 86-92, so clearly your device can't use his full power, thats why it can't give you the performance you expect, even in one ui 5.1 s23 ultra's performance is so much better, with each update samsung downgrade the performance as well as downgrade the camera quality, its very sad.😔
