Exactly. The transitions need to be smooth cause if not it ruins the video. That's my main complain with samsung cameras. If they get that right then their cameras would be the best. I'm a samsung user but tbh. Iphone is smoother for cameras. But they're closer than ever before

You should try doing this test again now that the updates have been implemented, I do a lot of the same tests as you with the camera zooms via recording and I have to say I believe its gotten even better since you uploaded this video.

Hey Dave it's impressive video quality and when pavements and roads are wet with rain it's nice to see the lights reflected in water from the car and buses headlights. I just upgraded to s24 ultra from s21 ultra. 4k 60 super steady is impressive in rough pathway as I was holding it by hand. Expert raw looks interesting as I've not tried that yet. Better than Apple? Be interesting whats it like in low light 4k 60. I got the 512 GB for those 4k videos. Hope you had fun and having fun with s24 ultra! Take care buddy!

Great test as always! And I wonder; would there be any chance of you recording another video test at that wide open field where you've previously tested the S23 Ultra, S22 Ultra and S21 Ultra? With the horses and the windmills in the distance? I just feel it'd be perfect to test the S24 Ultra's cameras there as well, mainly during a sunny day.

Definitely worth it. Loads of great new features and the flat screen is perfect.. nothing wrong with curved but once you've used flat you realise what a minor pain a curved screen can be!

S24u's SD 8 Gen 4 and the removal of the 10x len enables the use of seamless 4k 60 recording. You can switch between all lenses while recording. Something the S23u cannot do. Also, the Gorilla Glass Armor on the S24u anti reflection is a game changer.
