Coming from the s23 ultra. Even though the specs aren't a crazy jump, I have almost never used the Bluetooth spen, I would say it feels like a solid upgrade. Runs way smoother, UI feels way better and it just runs faster. If you are considering it, go ahead and do it.

I own my S23 Ultra 512gb since Oct2023 (been in a full protective case), it's all mint.. actually, there is no reason to upgrade - $750 trade-in is a bit low, the discount for Bud Pro 3 and watch are good, S25 Ultra 1tb has better camera spec, better processor.. Since my S23 Ultra is in the full coverage case.. I seldom take out the s-pen (I could but don't) So basically, I am getting Samsung Galaxy phone with faster processor and larger storage.

I just got the 25U after trading in the 24U and had it for a few days. For me, the build and the speed difference is remarkable. It's a win for me but that's just like Floss said, it's new. I definitely don't think it's a necessary upgrade and most people won't even notice a difference except potentially the build depending on the case you use.

I've had my note 20 ultra since 2020, finally bit on the upgrade, the promotions were great through samsung. 600$ on trade in plus $350 in other promotions, ended up getting the 512gb note 25 ultra bundled with the buds 3 pro for a total of $760 after tax. That's a 1010$ discount 👍

Got a $1000 credit through Tmobile towards the S25 Ultra for my old Galaxy S10. Normally I'm totally fine with a slightly older phone as there is nothing wrong with it but man how could I pass that up. I can totally see how from the S24 this would not at all be worth it but I can't wait to experience the upgrade from my S10. Awesome video, I always appreciate people being honest rather than just singing a products praises for no reason. You laid out nicely who this phone is for and who might want to wait for now. @@GrimAbstract S24u stands out more with the unique square edges. IMO S24u looks better. S25u looks generic, huge stupid camera rings that serve no purpose and the nerfed SPen is a major L for the Ultra. Ultra is meant to have it all - its the whole point of the 'Ultra' nomenclature.

The other thing I was thinking is that the trade-in value for the 22 will be so much lower by time the S26 (or the next upgrade comes out). I traded in my S24 Ultra for the S25 Ultra for $400. I rock my devices caseless and them flat sides make a huge difference in terms of grip. Also the 16g diff in weight makes one hand useage on the S25 Ultra easier for longer periods of time. The preorder bonus was nice so I went up from 256gb to 512gb and also got 2 years of insurance for free.

Watching this on my new *regular* S25 [Silver Shadow, 256 GB]; had it for 48 hours now. Processor/performance, battery, RAM/"background memory", screen, and build quality/design is really good! Otherwise, it is quite similar to my previous S22 [Green, 128 GB]. Anyone having questions about the S25 (series), I can *try* answer 👍

I was trading in my Ultra but I'm waiting for the Oneplus Open 2. I'm definitely done with Samsung. This will be the first year not have a Samsung device. From phone to watch to ear buds. I preferer the square S24 to the rounded S25 look to be honest and I'm definitely not changing my S24 Ultra 1TB Wesley Snips Black for the S25 version, as the upgrades are not enough for me and the fact they have dropped the Bluetooth S Pen is nuts and would definitely be a deal breaker for me, as I use the S Pen all the time and is a dope feature on the best phone you can buy #SamsungKnights and my S24 is in Immaculate condition and looks as if it's just come out of the box

I'm only into the beginning of it when you're talking about anytime you get a new phone, it's zippier, but everything you go, who have said about the s twenty four ultra is exactly how I feel. Except that I would never pay for a bluetooth s.Pen. they took it away.I'm not paying them to give it back. I love the note series. Still a good phone. People just expected them to build up on the s24u endurance by increasing battery to near 6000mah. This or the oneplus 13 would be my selection if i wasnt trying to join the foldable game. Oneplus Open 2 is on my radar. On a side note i can understand maybe removing the Bluetooth spen hardware from the pen but removing the hardware and software also from the phone, thats abit messed up

I been waitin for this lol. Also, I am upgrading from the 22U to the 25U since I really would like to get more out of my mobile gaming. Also I'd like to have a flat screen again, I missed that from the LG V50. However, the removal of BT from the S-Pen without something to make up for it (headphone jack, SD card, IR Blaster etc) is a terrible trend that has been going on too long. Not saying the ommission WOULD be okay per se if they included something else, I'm saying it's worse that they didn't.

S25 ultra is a beast. Best phone i ever had. Better in the hand, lighter, it gives a better feeling in the hand. The round corner is better and beautiful and a bit more screen and thinner bezels, so great. And the lighter weight is so much better for such a big phone, so much better. Flossy is not right in this, but it is personal preference. :). Batterylife is better then s24 ultra. I had on wifi with light use around/or almost 10 hours screen on time, with the S24 ultra i had around 7u30 hours, with luck 8 hours. So 30 minutes? No, it is more with normal/light use on wifi, i tested it. Batterylife is mych bigger on wifi. I compare with old S24 ultra hey. With new software yes, it is more close, but s25 ultra wins. S25 ultra is the best samsung smartphone ever. The processor? It is a bit faster again then s24 ultra. S-pen: i almost never use that s-pen.

I've updated every year since the early Notes. I ordered the S25 Ultra, canceled, ordered, canceled, and ordered again. Before I could cancel again Samsung shipped it! I'll probably end up returning it. This will be the first time I will be using a phone for over a year. S24 Ultra FTW!

So i preordered the ultra should be here this week. im switching over from iphone 15 pro max. as an apple fan it feels kinda weird but i think ima love this change. this phone has def caught my attention. i personally could care less for the S Pen not bveing bluetooth. but gonna tryn stick it out with the S25 Ultra for a year and see if i wanna go back apple. 😬 thanks for the reviews!

When you go on some websites where you can import your phone, it's only 1 year. 📌 Where i live all chinese phones cost more than 1000€. Official prices in Euro €. Oppo X8 Pro: 1199€ OnePlus 13: 1179€ Honor Magic 7 Pro: 1299€ S25 Ultra: 1472€ 📌 Maybe in the US, it's only 1 year warranty or taxes are different.

Mmm i went from s22u to s25u and it's much faster, has way more storage (I went for thr 1tb), way better camera, and i prefer the shape and weight of the s25u. Do I miss the barely used bluetooth s pen features? Sure, why take away features. I coule go on about how the s10 is peak samsung galaxy based on all the features it has that are no more. But for 2025 I'm really happy with my purchase and will be sending in the s22u for my trade in.
