I upgraded from the tab s9 ultra to the tab s10 ultra with 16 gb and 1 tb. And the media tek is amazing on this device. The anti reflective screen is amazing too. It’s works even smoother and faster than my previous tab, and I received keyboard and the galaxy buds pro 3 and silicone screen protector for free. I am completely satisfied with my upgrade.

i agree, i traded my S8U for the S10U and couldn't be more happier. its faster, more multitasking, battery management, S8U is not ip68 rated - or even water resistent, screen is just dope in sunlight, no hesistation at all, my S8U was good but S10U is a noticeable improvement.

The tab s 10 ultra was a good upgrade for me from s8 ultra. The mediatek chip makes it smooth and fast, my videos that I edit on the tab s10 renders way faster than the s8 ultra and I have never seen a lag, a slow down or any type of glitch. It runs like a beast. The s9 ultra to s10 does not make sense but if you have older device I recommend it. The battery life is also excellent. I charge once per week

I don’t think companies expect you to upgrade every year anymore. Samsung wasn’t targeting this for Tab s9 users or even Tab s8 users. The Ho hum update is just mostly for the product and brand to be in the news. I think tablets are one of the fewest things people upgrade in their tech space. They are popular as a lot of people use them, but most people aren’t doing hardcore stuff with them, so they’ll hang onto them until there are no more OS updates or it just breaks. The hardcore is a small number. I love them as art tools, so my iPad Pro usually gets an upgrade, but I’m now only doing every second generation. Even then it’s a waste of time to adopt early, as it takes months for apps to update to optimise the hardware improvements. I think these minor updates are always good news when the current product is good enough. You can save money.

Here in sweden you only need to pay 200 dollars with a s9 ultra as a trade in, and you get both the slim and the keyboard cover yes both , its tempting😅

In Lithuania, they offer only 500 euros for the Tab S9 Ultra base model, which may not seem worth it. However, instead of slim keyboards, you get one with a trackpad. I also purchased the slim version, as it seems more suitable for use on the go.

I've been working in IT. for 30 yrs as a tech and have watched literally hundreds and hundreds of reviews and this is one of very few opinion/reviews that I have watched and have nothing to add and nothing to disagree with. Keep up the stellar work.

A lot of people feel disenchanted by the choice of MediaTek rather than Snapdragon. I upgraded from an S8 Ultra and am happy with my decision. However, I see the points of this video, and an upgrade from the S9 isn't worth it.

I'm not entirely convinced about that. However, they really should reintroduce Linux on Dex, like they had on the Tab S4. Besides, Windows remains Windows, which means it's not exactly ideal for tablet use...

I got the tab s10 ultra for the bigger screen, true multitasking, anti reflective display and Wacom pen technology. I traded in my iPad Pro gen 2. If you have the s8/s9 ultra, this isn’t the tablet you need…or should any others. FYI I also got the keyboard cover and a pen came for free unlike the iPads

Considering jumping from the 8u to the 10u solely for that anti refliction and better brightness. Took mine to a samsung store and the brightness is a real upgrade

The battery life on the Tab S8 Ultra when using the keyboard wasn't as good; it consumed more power compared to the S9u or S10u. However, it's generally a great tablet. I used to have that, sold it, and got the Tab9, which was way too small, so I just ordered the S10 Ultra, primarily because they're offering a keyboard for free. I also traded in my Fold 4, so at the end of the day, it was a decent deal.

I want an android tablet.. s9/s10, but I want the best pen writing experience... my goal is to get the best ecosystem for my android devices.. so my phone and tablet are perfectly tied together.. access to everything, on phone and tablet!

I get the points about the processor and the minimal upgrades but this Tab S10 comes with 7 years OS updates! worth considering if you are upgrading

I don't think he cares about that! It seems that he upgrades yearly. And I hate that content creators think mostly make content thinking that most people will keep upgrading yearly. When, in fact, only a few people upgrade yearly.

I broke the screen of my Tab S8 Ultra and was eagerly awaiting the S10 Ultra. But I agree, no snapdragon really hinders my enthusiasm for buying a new one. So, I'm currently shopping for alternatives.

That Lenovo ThinkBook is sooo damn interesting to me; I just want the price to drop down a little bit. Had a wretched Samsung experience this year and will NEVER buy anything of theirs again.

The screens are exactly the same with exception of the anti reflective coating. The coating is not even better than what is available on the huawei matepad pro 12.2. Also no tandem OLED again like the huawei matepad pro 12.2. The increase in processing is nice but if you like emulation, the S10 is a step back. Ai is a gimmick and most is done via the cloud. If they wanted to save money they should have waited till next year and kept the S9. The huawei matepad pro 12.2 is a great device hardware wise but it is severely hampered by the OS (no Google play services).
