As many people ask for the size of my wrist - its about 16cm.

Im in the same boat...as usual..lol I have a deep weakness for watches, always have. The AW 4 is my total go to right now (didnt get the 5), many other older NON-smartwatches. Hell, I just spent an hour a few nights ago replacing those small coin batteries in 5 other watches.... So I see (one year later) this watch. Do I need it, no...not at all. Living in Ireland I got the 46mm watch for free when I ordered the Note 9. What a deal that was. Its a great smartwatch. The screen is easily legible outdoors & I thought it would be too big on my hand but now I don't even notice it. I don't think it would work as well with a smaller screen. I don't think you will be disappointed!

I think it looks great on men or women, although I did replace the supplied beige band with some darker ones. I also have a 46mm Gear S3, but the smaller size fits me better. Anton has small wrist and went with 46mm, it seems to be great. price difference is not that much but extra few days battery life is great. I recommend you checking it out in the store if you will be happy with the size.

I would expect some kind of confirmation of that guess, that it would only last one extra day with always on display turned off. I doubt it, because my gear S3 lasts about 2 days with AoD on and about 4 with AoD off.

That's probably the most valuable sales pitch/point that could be made in favor of making a purchase of a smart watch, that is, because you have the watch to check the time or a quick text message, you're less likely to blow time on Facebook, etc... Samsung or any marketing company should hire you immediately.

LTE Version is a version that can be used without a phone, the Bluetooth needs the phone around. LTE version doesn't seem to be available yet.

The only issue I'm having is that I can't receive texts/calls for the phone number provided for my phone. Only for the eSim phone number of the watch which defeats the purpose. Hey! thanks for the sub! really appreciate it! - We have actually tested this, 42mm watch lasts just short of 2 days with always on display, and almost 3 days with it off. 46mm lasts 3.5 days with always on display and about 5 days with it off. Charge time is about 2.5 hours for both :)

My watch let's me dial the call but then immediately transfers the call to my phone (forcing me to use my handset). @@A2KMedia Audio recorded is just a little low. I'm not sure if there is compensation required for KZbin videos, but proper gain structure means keeping levels as near to 0 dbu as possible. This .750 Volts for analog. This or -20 fbFs. You have way better control using your new audio production software

Hey! It really depends on the size of the hand/wrist. 46mm may be too big or fit just fine. The benefit of the larger watch is longer battery. I would assume it would get used a whole lot at that age. Showing to all the friends and so on. But if its too big, it may look a little silly :)

It's almost as though now smartwatches are becoming more popular everyone is forgetting how a watch should fit. I understand the extra battery life is great but 80% of people should go for the 42mm as the 46mm is often too large for their wrists...

Agreed with this. My wrist is bigger than the guy who made the video and the 46mm looked really flashy, like I was a rapper showing off my gotti jewelry. If that's your style, go for it. I recommend people go into the store and see it because it doesn't look that bad in the video, in person is a different story.

It does says water proof from clear water...but! They don't protect your watch from salt water when you go swimming......maybe one of you know this! but some others don't.......

How the hell are you getting 4 days out of your battery with always on?! I have it set to enable when I raise my wrist and I need to charge it daily. I try to charge it when I shower but it needs a good 45 mins to charge up completely, so charging it just while I shower isn't really enough. Honestly, what are you doing to get 4 days out of this thing? I have the 42mm btw.

However I still have it paired to a Pixel 5, but that phone doesn't have a mobile plan anymore). This model came out in 2021. Was I mistaken about which model you were reviewing? Hey. Unless your wrist is really small you should be OK. I recommend ordering from a shop which takes returns such as amazon. Buy and if too large return without questions asked.
