Thanks mate. I can say by my own use that Roborock S7 is useless although it has lots of features. The problem is that Roborock cannot service your products if you do run into problems.

Thanks Adam for another great video. Yup, mine gets stuck in the kitchen just like yours. Not every time for whatever reason but twice since I’ve had it. Same spot, maybe I need a Sawzall to trim my cabinet? Zero issues getting on the charger but mine is obviously lower as no ducting for the self-empty. Did you have it do the map run first? Mine, though my place looks more like your warehouse, makes erratic maps that it doesn’t let me correct. Example, my two bedrooms and guest bath meet at a small 1 sq yard-ish point three door and an open arch to the living room. The robot didn’t isolate that square area it divided it between the bathroom and a bedroom. So I tried to edit the space to correct it. It just won’t do it. Says they are is too small. There are other anomalies where I can’t correct the open space to a living room and dining room. Neither are small areas but it refuses to let me draw a border. It’s never corrected a map on a vacuum run like I think you wanted it to do. I didn’t know about the maintainence app for timing on the filter and such, I’ll see if I can add it. It didn’t offer it to me. Also without the self empty bin I have to remove the filter to dump the dirt, can be a messy situation. I use a little water spray bottle to control dust as I dump into a bag lined waste paper basket. I spray the dirt in the trash basket not the vacuum bin. That helps control plumes. I see you agree it’s quiet. My only current comparison is the 981 and it ain’t quiet so this whispers, even on my carpet. I’m looking forward to more testing. Joe

i bought the same model. When it was almost done with its first cleaning. It said returning to empty. Then once it emptied then it would start again but it immediately indicates it is returning to empty. then it returns and empties. then it starts again and says the same thing again that it is returning to empty. Then it empties. It does this over and over and it never goes back to cleaning because it keeps doing this. Has anyone experienced this and if they did what did you do to fix it?

Mine did that a few times then self corrected. I think in that case there is something stuck in the bin that doesn’t get pulled out when it empties. Recommend pulling the dust bin out of the robot and manually removing any debris that is stuck. Although this thing is extremely cool it does seem to require manual intervention from time to time

Getting stuck under a cabinet is hopefully a fluke. That’s good it did performed well for regular cleaning. Wondering how it’ll tackle your stress tests 😅 For $700+ I would hope it’ll do very well.

Ist ja lächerlich.....mit dem Fuß muss man den Samsung Saugroboter auf die Absaugstation schieben. Saugroboter sollen Ihren Job machen wenn keiner zu Hause ist. Da muss das wirklich jeder zuverlässig alleine schaffen. So wie ein Ecovacs Deebot T9 Plus. Ich habe eine T9 und T8 Plus. Beide sind absolut zuverlässig und funktionieren einwandfrei. Kunden die eine Saugroboter kaufen möchten, sollten sich bei KZbin unbedingt Videos über den Ecovacs deebot T9 Plus anschauen. Das ist derzeit der beste Saugroboter.

I was going get this one or the one looks like it's from star wars lol but it's reviews are bad and not many reviews then this one.. but didn't want it because it has no side brushes it was 600 on prime day but didn't got a different one has camera and Lazer on top I love Samsung but don't want have a robot cleaner that I have to babysit it 😂😂 I got the spark with 30 days dust ben got stuck so many times I hated I had use metal tape to block areas off had it for 3 years it stop connecting to my wifi the mapping sucks . I got the irobot with Lazer mapping don't match my house got stuck 3 times but it was awesome robot

No point in buying this one until Samsung starts producing dust bags and other replacement parts. Right now, they're nowhere to be found, rendering the clean station virtually useless when your dust bag supply runs out. Which happens fast, since you only get two of them when you buy the unit. You have been warned.

That does not look good. Reminds me of my one and only powerboot I had. Always stuck and out of battery. And that price they must be drunk. I baffles me sometimes and I am wondering if Samsung has tried an Xiaomi vacuum for half the price?? Probably does a better job….like my roidmi eve plus….
