disappointed with this product... a recent buyer and returned it back.. .after the first day run, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th run it kept getting stuck, rotating in the same spot forever! i was not even able to register the device thru smart app ... it wouldnt go into corners or between the chair stands..... software needs tweaking and tested out properly! was excited when I bought it ... Hopefully they fix the issue... going back to my trusted neato.

Mine out of nowhere got super super loud, double the volume. Under warranty still, no one in my area that services them. I tried taking it apart myself with no luck as well, bad design there. They gave me a full refund instead of even sending a new one out and let me keep it.
