I have this printer in my office. Nice printer. However, just lately I have a black line going down my copies. I have cleaned everything I can think of to clean. Still have the black line. Any suggestions?

We had that too. Eventually it cleared up but i want to know what the cause could have been.

Yes , you dont need to feed it with 1 page at a time

How do I print directly from a flash drive? I've plugged it into the printer but it wont print.

Hi Racquel, thanks for the question. Normally when you plug a USB pen drive into the printer a message will pop up on the display screen saying ‘reading memory’. Then you press on the USB button on the left of the screen and the option is to print should be there. If the printer is not detecting the USB pen drive then either the USB pen drive is not compatible (this could be for a number of reasons) or the USB pen drive contains a corrupt file, which the printer is unable to read. I suggest you try a different USB pen with the printer. I hope this helps Many thanks The Printerbase Team
