Worst part is when this issue crops up just after the warranty expires. The service center tells you it's a mother board issue and then you are screwed.

My father had the m30s and there was a problem of auto restarting so he contacted Samsung service centre and they told him the motherboard had burned and the only solution was to get it replaced the price was 6750 and after that it has been working fine and also the problem started after the warranty had ended. I had a similar issue in my M31s and the brand service centre told me that the motherboard was dead and asked me to pay approx INR 9000 for replacement of the same even when the same was under warranty. I got the same repaired for 2500 aftermarket and the phone works well. There was no need to change the motherboard. There is some serious running from responsibility going on Samsung's part.

Nice step Rakesh bhai, small advice that will be more convenient for you as well as viewers. Instead of email, you can create Google form. I had exactly the same problem in my m30s, I went to the service centre; here in Pune. They replaced its Motherboard, Battery and screen assembly(as their technician broke it). It was in warranty and costed me only ₹300 (Admin charges)

I went to service center again and told them everything. But they refused to keep my mobile. Now I am trying to contact that Quality department person over mail, but he is not replying.

I also had a Samsung phone ( just recently exchanged in BBD sale) It was F41.. I faced the auto restarting issue and that was very bad experience.. After every 2 minutes it got restarted and didn't turn on until that restarting thing drained the whole battery and then once I charged it atleast 2 - 5% it booted and again same repeated after using 10 minutes. Very bad experience with Samsung as it was my first phone of Samsung .. I exchanged that shit phone for realme narzo 30 4g. Thanks Samsung for this wonderful experience, will never buy any Samsung phone in future, better to go with realme or other brands .

My M30s also had same problem , in service centre they said to change mother board and it will cost 7k. So seeing that huge amount I decided to exchange the phone and buying a new phone in that price. And my experience says that after downloading official android 11 update from samsung ,while restarting it stucked in samung logo and didn't switched on for 1 hour. I don't know if it is because of some major bug in update or some hardware issue but before that update phone was running good.

Yes, I experienced the same issue after s/w upgrade (after 2-3 days), a particular area was getting heated and the device was auto restarting again and again, so I took the handset to the service center, they charged around 8.5K, and informed the motherboard needed to be changed. I suffered this issue. Device: Samsung A50s
