My a50 is not recording it says its connected mic to other app but i dony have any app that uses my mic and i disabled and removed permissions of the ones that do and still get this problem.what do I do?

My lg v20 is working fine but there’s no audio in any app or the phone I tried to put headphones and wireless headphones and not solved whin i try to open any suond or record voice with Bluetooth headphones the phone crashes and hang !!
