Thank you very much! I bought a TV with the remote control 1,5 months ago. Charged the battery with USB, and it showed me 100% during 1 month, now it's losing about 2-3%% a week. Very good result even for a couple of expensive alkaline AAA batteries. If my remote control has only 1 Wh battery, like your one, it must lose energy faster, so it gets a lot of electricity from a solar panel. Hope, it will stop losing energy in summer (I'm living in the north, and we have few light now)

Ok my friend, The solar panel helps to maintain the charge, but I believe it can only charge when the battery charge is less than 50%, you can use your own TV light or any artificial light to charge. If possible leave the like and subscribe to the channel please.

It is very difficult to find because the low cost of the remote control makes it impossible to maintain. I believe that the cost of a solar panel like this would be almost the same as the cost of the remote control. I already found the batteries on Alixpress but I didn't find the solar panel.

Hi, a spilled drink got into the remote, and now the top LED is constantly on, and i get alerts saying that it is charging via USB cable when it is not. So i think the liquid inside is bridging some circuit that it shouldn't be. Do you think disassembling it like this and giving the board etc a clean will help? I dont want to disassemble it if it wont help, you see

In this case you have to disassemble it because you will have to clean the board, you have to use isopropyl alcohol to clean the board.

Yes, there is, but it will have to be a very compact battery to fit inside.

it is certainly a problem with the remote control, you will have to replace it with another one, if the tv is under the manufacturer's warranty and only you register the warranty on the samsung website and they will send you a new remote control, at least here in Brazil it works like this.

Bought smart TV with this solarcell remote but sometime the remote is not working. Battery is fully charged. Sometime is useable sometime is not. When it is not, I try to hit the remote with my palm and then it works somehow. Do you how to fix this issue properly

with a knife-like blade, but it's really difficult, you have to force the blade on the side but very carefully so as not to mark the plastic.

Ok, if anyone is reading this - you don't want to use actual blade or knife. You need this plastic opening pry tool with narrow end, the same ones are used to open smartphones. After unscrewing two under the sticker, just get this opening tool into the side gap and carefully push all the way to the other end. Then push it in rounded gap on the bottom side (charging port side), opening two remaining hidden latches

Hello my friend, charging by solar power can not make a charge in the control, it just makes you keep the battery charge in its percentage, to make a good charge even only through the usb, in your case if it is not charging is likely to be a defect in the same control, but I advise you to let the battery run out completely and then try to charge via usb, if it doesn't work out the last attempt is to open the controller and disconnect the battery for a few minutes.

Amigo tienes que apretar las teclas Play y Back para emparejar con la tele, pero me parece que solo los televisores Qled 2021 y cualquier modelo 2022 pueden emparejarse con estos mandos con batería y carga solar.
