We have a similar stove, with the exception of the ball bearing top rack and steam clean, on ours. We called Best Buy to have our burners checked, as the auto light wasn’t working. In a rather enjoyable conversation with the lady helping me, she explained a feature that she said not many people know about, and that is the divider tray. It can actually be stored in the bottom drawer of this range. She tried her best to describe it to both me and the hubs,but we could not understand the exact location. She said you open the bottom drawer, and there is a slot that the divider slides into. It doesn’t interfere with anything that you store in the bottom, as it sits above the drawer. I swear we have looked, to no avail. Oh she was so disappointed cuz she said that was one of her most favorite features that comes in handy, she said she demonstrated that feature all the time to customers, how helpful it was and I totally agree, if only we could find or figure out where this is. So I’ve come to YT hoping someone here would show it work. I asked her could it be that our stove didn’t come with that feature, she said absolutely not, they were available on all the double oven door ranges, even those made as far back as I think she said 2011 or 2013? Ours is a 2018 I believe. Are you familiar with this? And if so could you please show how it works? As it is, we don’t use our smaller oven often, and so I keep my divider in a spot in my kitchen instead of inside the oven…seems I’m always having to take the thing out more than keep it in.

Great thing it is simple just depends on the model. No matter the model it stores in the bottom drawer. Heat drawer or regular. Very bottom drawer Pull it open look on the top right and left you will see a slide channel on each side if so simply slide the silver side fist all the way in. To do the entire door dont open the top only. Open the entire door but this time you want to loosen the top and bottom screws. Then the top an bottom will pop up so you can clean.

I would not really recommend trying to take the bottom apart that's why I didn't cover it. I bought one of these a couple years ago. Within the first year the glass top got broke by some workers doing demo in my house. Come to find out it was discontinued and no replacement top is available. It was nice while it lasted.

Look close inside and press it in with maybe a screw driver but you can just use your finger. The more you cook with any residues on the bottom of the pans or the stovetop itself the harder it gets. I use Mr clean magic eraser Stovetop cleaner and a razor blade. Do you believe the induction makes a huge difference ? I’ve been very shocked by the price difference while shopping for ranges. We’ve been using a small freestanding alert size old oven in our current home and remodeling kitchen soon. Excited! Really new to all this crazy technology! It definitely does cost way more also. It's one of those things that you don't know what you missing. But once you have it you likely won't ever want to go back. It boils water so fast its truly insane 😳. Another thing is the stove top always looks new. Because induction heats the pan only nothing is stuck on the surface and it just wipes clean and doesn't get that whitening of the black surface. You can put the pan on the stove put cold ground beef in the pan turn on the burner the it's max option and in 30 seconds it will be frying so crazy. If you use just the top oven and not the bottom, how hot will the bottom part become simply due to the heat leakage from the top? For example, if i want to broil or cook at 450 degrees on just the top, is it still safe for me to leave my extra pots and pans stored in the bottom oven?

@@JbTechFanatic thanks for the quick reply, I've been searching everywhere to get an answer about this, because my wife really wants a double oven since she avoids using the oven in general because of the hassle of moving around her army of pots and pans. If we were to get this we would be using just the top part 90% of the time and would have a bunch of stuff stored in the bottom. If that's safe to do without the risk of melting the stuff on the bottom that would make this a good choice for us. The other thing to consider is that the air fry mode can only be used without the divider installed, correct?

What you will need to figure out is what size and length you need based on you kitchens schematics. Make sure you have the minimum allotted space between the cooktop and the fan as well as what width will fit. other than that it's really whatever you like best. In the owner manual they have recommendations for rack positions that should help you solve this issue. Definitely check the fan is operating the entire time. Also certain pans don't do as well in the top as the bottom depending upon what model you have. Otherwise the rack placement type of pan will be key. also I forgot to mention you can use the temp plus minus adjustment in the Samsung smart things app this will help you calbrate the temp to give better results it goes up to plus 35 I believe definitely up it. Then it can slide into place. The back will have a slight gap so you need to install the gap spacer that comes with your range. The fan will immediately turn off and will not turn on when the door is opened. Ok now I fully understand what you mean. I read the first message to fast and responded when I was in a meeting🙄 so it is the actual sound that changed? Honestly I really don't know what to do🤔 as I was not aware it could change maybe a software update changed it?. Only thing I can think of is a reset by doing the following ⬇️ You can reset your oven setting(More functions, System settings). 1. Tap and hold for 3 sec. 2. Select Reset using the dial knob. 3. Turn the dial knob to select Cancel/Reset. CAUTION Before reset the oven settinqs. turn off all oven and cooktop functions. Please let me know if this works I'm interested in how this happened and if it can be changed back.

Don't waste your money. Cooks ok. Fans are quiet and coils are well placed but controls are not intuitive. I mean to get a timer going is a three step process. Also forget about cleaning the glass without locking it otherwise you may turn the oven on. After setting the clock to update over the net, first power outage and I had to go in set it up over again. Not worth the close to 4 grand I paid. Owned a Frigidaire before, went to the slide in and am not looking back.
