Nice hack! Unfortunately my tv keeps rebooting every couple of seconds and it seems it's not performing the factory reset or it doesn't fix the issue. If you have any idea or solution why it keeps rebooting please let me know. I have already unplugged every external device and unplugged the tv for 24 hours...

Hi, try this: Check the time on your TV, turn it off. if this doesn't help, turn your TV on, remove the power cord immediately, hold down the power button on your TV or remote for 30 seconds, plug your TV back in: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y37UdJisq7WlfZY If this doesn't help, your TV probably has a hardware issue and needs service.

I heard that factory reset in the service menu voids your warranty because apparently there is a counter that shows how many times you have entered the service menu and reset the tv

Not true, warranty is void if your replace parts, the counter will not reset with factory reset unless you change the motherboard

You can reset your TV to factory defaults but not the service menu.

No, it doesn't add any new channels except those already available in the TV channel store. If there are any new channels added to your device by the manufacturer, you will see them once you do a simple update of your TV.

Hi, Try again, make sure your Tv is off first. it depends on your Tv model. If the combination doesn't help, your Tv should have a reset option in menu. You will see that either in Support in your TV menu or if your remote has a Tools button, press that. If this doesn't help, you can provide more details about your TV problem to see if I can provide extra help.
