I own this set and absolutely love it!! I wanted to test it out so my first wash I did, I washed my towels and bath mat with my old set I found even though I added bleach and soap it still had a odour. With this set I just added two table spoons of soap and my towels and bath mat smelt almost like I had hung them out on the line to dry in the summer. They felt sooo clean and fresh!!

@@Lee-z8n2q because the top piece moves side to side. The top piece of the agitator should move independently from the bottom agitator. Since it's it's corkscrew design, It wouldn't make sense for it to go both ways. I would just push the clothes down but just bring them back up again. It should only spin one direction

Does the one with agitators fill the water to the top or does it only dampen clothes???

Unfortunately they strangley have the agitation rings at the top, and yet no water is ever filled to the top... really strange... almost 2 hours to wash a comforter..my old machine was less than half that time...

Since it's the resistance the impeller 'feels' that causes the machine to add more or less water, here's what I do to 'fill' my washing machine: First run the 'Rinse and Spin' BUT set the spin for 'OFF'. When it's done, then run your regular load but on "Bedding". I also add the 'PreWash' and the "Extra Rinse'. I use the Bedding setting because I haven't seen a diff in the clothes from one setting to another. Without the clothes cycling from the top to the bottom repeatedly as it does with an agitator, no cycle gets them more clean than any other cycle and all washes are truly the 'Gentle' cycle. It takes the better part of 3 hours from start to finish to wash clothes but it's not so bad since I have the large machine as it fits 2 regular loads in one with no problem. You can add soap (if you want) to the Rinse & Spin load or, if it's whites, bleach them.

I can guarantee you leave the lid closed after washing clothes which holds moisture in. That'll make any machine rust

If you find where they make them, please tag me. I’ve been looking everywhere. These he machines are awful. I never remember having to strip clothes or buy scent boosters, scent beads, etc. The reason this is a thing is because the he washers aren’t cleaning. If Samsung were truly about making sure clothes were clean, they’d find moms with large households and talk to us about our laundry needs. HE machines never clean stains and tear the clothes. It’s awful.

Whatever you do, do not buy the Samsung front loader washer machine. The counterbalance screws come apart overtime and throws the rotational balance off the washer machine. You will end up with a concrete powdery substance all over your floor when it breaks apart. One of the first signs is a loud tumble sounds. Do not buy “Samsung washing machines “ 😤💰

In the manual it says zippers placed in the washer should be closed and secured with a string OR MACHINE COULD BE DAMGED... WAAAAA????... amazing the deteriorated quality of products today... who the heck is stringing shut zippers to wash...

I said zip and string closed.... notice the common sense guy casually omits the thing that is the real problem... everyone can zip... but only you tie a string on the closed zipper... oh... thats right ... you obviously dont read......might I say either... ....because certainly didn't read my text... and finally reading the manual is how I knew to tie up the zipper with a string...

@@jordanasrukas199 They are relatively the same thing. Just a post on a wash plate. Go up, and down... repeatedly with no roll over. Here is a better example.... Maytag top load HE "agitator" washers. That's what I'm talking about, don't even.
