Thank you for taking the time to make this video!! I’ve been going nuts trying to find the best picture settings on my 65” TU7000 for “GAME MODE”!!! Spent many hours trying to find something as simple as this!!! lol If you don’t mind I’d like to ask you two questions that would really help, so if your able too thank you! I am going to copy your picture settings and see how that goes, never tried using “low contrast” mode because it would cause the whole screen to become greyish so it was either “High contrast” or OFF, and having it off while in game mode made it the brightness to low, but since you set the contrast to 34 maybe it will work and not give that greyish screen. Now my first question for you, while in game mode with HDR (Xbox series X) my Gamma becomes ST.2084 and I noticed in your video when you showed “TU700 Best color settings” picture the Gamma was BT.1886 instead, were you still in game mode or just showing the best color settings? Just wondering because Samsung chooses ST.2084 for HDR while in game mode lol And last question is, do you have another video like this but for Xbox series X instead of PS5 in this video? It does this auto adjust for dark colors while gaming and it's annoying cause there's no way to turn it off. Gaming mode on the TV is sometimes not the best option for dark lit games cause the brightness jumps a little. 6/10

Yeah, I have the Samsung crystal uhd 8 series, tried your settings, and the color is way to high, and contrast slightly low to me, most the colors, way to non saturated and just hurts to watch, cause it doesn't look right. My settings is natural preset, contrast 45, color 15 to 20, gives same effect as your color setting, but still looks more natural and vivd

That's so accurate to how I have my settings already. But one thing that's bothering me is when I disable HDR the colour seems more vibrant? I have the exact settings set for non HDR and HDR and still colours pop more with HDR off. I was wondering if you noticed that and know why? It’s because HDR is based on a nits system normally 1000, budget TVs has a low nits low as 400

@@Jordan_X91 if you want a more vibrant display set ur color setting to 45 when hdr is on. On the ps5 hdr should always be on so set the color to 45 and it looks alot better also in my opinion contrast enhancer also makes the tv display more vibrant

@@ggs9556 yeah that's true you can do that and it does pop more but I learnt the issue was my TV only had 300 nits so due to that I just have hdr off. Plus keep contact enhancer off and colour at 30 sometimes it looks better higher but it blows the picture out of natural look. So I got this but some games HDR works fine others not so much. Ghost of Tsushima worked pretty good! Assassins Creed Valhalla doesn’t seem to work too well though. Did you notice this as I believe it has 350 nits of luminance which isn’t the best for HDR content. I found that HDR off seems better

you have hdr on and when it's on the gamma defaults to ST.2084, his settings are for sdr. Hdr calibration is a bit more complicated so just reset it to default settings and leave it at that

If you buy a Google TV it works via HDMI input, you can turn off the HDR on it so your TV never use hdr, if you use the built in apps you have no choice but to watch HDR because you can’t turn it off in the menu
