Wow, I did this with no clothes in the washer and so far it seems to have fixed the unbalanced issue. Ran two cycles with a few towels and no banging. I was ready to drop a couple hundred dollars to have someone come diagnose and fix it, so thanks again for this video!

@@irmabarrios5163 Try this for more water. Lay your laundry around the edge of the tub . Pour a gallon of water on top of the cloths. Be sure to get as mutch water in the laundry as possible .you can use more water if needed. The weight sensor may think you have more laundry than you have placed in the tub . Hope that works

This is a brute force fix, AND IT WORKS. My washing machine will get down to about 8 minutes left, then fill up again, then 8 minutes again, then fill up again. It will repeat it forever until you stop it with some loads. This fixes it. Also just FYI, letting it spin for a minute is all that's needed. Any longer and you're just using electricity. The water is almost all gone after a minute.

thank you this worked for me. the problem I was having was the drum not spinning I unplugged machine and plugged back in still nothing I called Samsung support they wasn't able to help even with video call couldn't fix it. I seen another video where a guy took a wet and dry shop vac to the drain hose I tried that and not really help so I tried again but this time I was spinning the drum fast by hand while the vacuum going then I ran the test like you did and it finnaly went though without giving me error code

The permanent fix is remove the inside of the whasher, there you will see around 3 or 4 long sticks this are the shocks witch keeps the washer in balance. Make sure they are all in working condition and well lubricated put them back and you should be good to go. That fix my problem so far good luck guys.

Bro what your doing is calibrating the washer. So I would make sure your washer is empty so it can properly calibrate it. I think the reason why your having to calibrate the machine every two weeks is because it not empty first

I did this with my clothes first just to wring out the water and was able to dry. After this, I recalibrated my washer again while empty which took about 3-4 minutes. Now my washer works and it has stopped banging around during the spin cycle. Thank you.

@@rickyrodriguez7698 Usually when this happens for me either the clothes/covers that was put inside the washer were to heavy and the washer couldn't spin or the machine is unbalanced but its usually the 1st one for me. If its the 1st one Try taking some of the clothes out the washer(the ones that you feel are heavy). The clothes that are going to be inside the washer make sure they align with the washer in a circular motion and since the are already washed just go to the spin cycle lets it do its job. stay close so just in case if it happens again you'll be able to stop it.

Only will work when the error code came up Samsung says u can do this to rebalance it apparently only works with error code thanks for sharing I think big company’s make so many models so fast to keep up with competition that they don’t even know the error codes or directions lol 😂

I'm pretty sure that error message occurs because the load is unbalanced. When I get it I redistribute the clothes in the bottom of the washer and hit the Pause button again. It sucks that Samsung washers are so hypersensitive to load balances but that happened after they had to recall them for safety issues during spin cycle. Don't get me wrong, I'm on my second one (after first was recalled) and they totally suck. Once this one goes, I'll buy another brand.

This happens to me with a specific blanket almost every time I wash it. Even when it’s alone but redistributing it fixes it or I run a spin cycle by itself. Not rinse and spin, just spin. It’s just annoying. This might helps with bigger loads though.

For my machine every time there's a UE error I turn off the machine take some clothes out , Readjust them and put them in the dryer again. Works every single time 😂

Try running the “pure cycle” a few times. No clothes in for that cycle. - pure cycle is a special cleaning cycle meant for the washer to be empty. If that doesn’t help, pour a cup or two of vinegar in and run the pure cycle. Finally try a cup or two of bleach and a pure cycle, just pour it right in the tub. I typically run a pure cycle once a month or so with vinegar, then occasionally bleach or those bleach tablets for cleaning washers. When I use bleach I always run a second pure cycle after to ensure all the bleach is gone. Also, leave the lid up (washer open) when you are done to allow it to dry out.

Had a commercial washateria business...most of the time was a clogged drain or clogged water pump because water is draining so slow that water is still in the machine when spinning starts therefore throwing machine off balance or still wet....or a weak belt......but that's commercial machines...FYI...lol

Thats not a trick. Its diagnostic mode. Thats how you test machine functions. That speed is motor rpm. Then hit power button to exit mode
