The Samsung makes it easy to share your videos on KZbin. The battery is rechargeable, but it lasts a long time. After using this camera for over a month, I take it with me every day and still have nothing but great things to say about it. It's almost as good as my DSLR Nikon.

I personally find the battery life to be excellent. I do leave the WIFI off, so that might bring it down, but I have no complaints with the battery life for videos or photos. It's excellent.

It all works with the touch screen. Just touch on "Macro" and you're good to go!

When making a video if you move something close to the lens and don't use the zoom, will it still autofocus?

it will, but you can't adjust the focus manually while recording. Source: I own a wb250f myself.

Love the review it is excellent. You should mention the shutter speed, I have a fujifilm finepixI paid 500 bucks for and it's so slow but this camera is so fast!!! I'm curious if you could maybe message me with your opinion of the nikon1 j3.

Nice video review! I'm trying to decide witch camera I want to get, I'm more interested in HD video quality and ease of video making for my you-tube channel. I only want to spend $200 tops, I got it narrowed down to 3 cameras, The Fujifilm Finepix F800EXR, The Nikon Coolpix L820, & this one The Samsung WB250F. One thing is I do want one that is easy on battery life and I kinda use to the AA batteries. I will play back this video a time or two as I do more research, Thanks for sharing this video.

Thanks for making a such a great review.I'm also got same problem with you which I wanted to find small, compact cheap and geed quality of picture and video. I was thinking to buy an action camera(like gopro) or camcorder(sony or panasonic) but I feel this much more better.... how do you feel? Ignacio Lopez on Top just above the menu & arrow button there is small circle button just press it & it was for video recording... I just discover it now,. I'm using this kind of camera but I can't get the right function for video
