You remind me of me so I subscribed to you. I'm 66, live alone with a cat and I love "Stuff". But not just any stuff. I like uniquely mechanical things. old toys, old tools, things like that. I think that right now my toy robot collection stands at around 500 pieces, mostly of Robby the robot from the movie Forbidden Planet.

You officially know more about that camera than I do! The most trouble I had with the sound was because I kept putting my finger over the microphone.

How's the stabilization on this? I'm thinking of getting one because of the zoom and compactness.

Nothing untoward that I noticed, but given its total undependability to even shoot, I would not recommend it.

Your getting some attention on this camera. Maybe you need to show people what product you used and the process. By now its either back to going through the modes or maybe you hit on something with the cleaner. I think people are looking for help with this camera.

Cant say it's cured. Has sat untouched since I did the video here, and just turned it on and it took a couple of firm whacks to get it to shoot. I whacked up on the bottom right corner. :)

@@ejud2001 When I heard the groan of the lens extending it reminded me that camera has sat in a drawer for at least 4 years. WHACK!

It is fine when it works, but you cannot count on it at all.
