That knocking sound on spin I need to warn you that LG's can start to do that after a while. To try and help it not do so, limit doing full heavy loads and it will be ok. I have seen many other videos on KZbin where the LG's and rackety on spins, not sure why they start to do this after several years.

Hmmmm plastic parts? I am not sure. Miele claims that theirs is *stainless steel* (need to double check) for tub and cast iron to weigh the machine down. Whereas LG and Samsung both use plastic for the tub and concrete to weigh it down. LG and Samsung both weigh only 60kg and Miele weighs 90kg. The sales person said so and asked me to lift the washer with one hand.

i feel very bad for your dodgy model of your washer. mine has viberation problem too but i managed to fix it... your washer sounded louder than usual when it reaches to 1400 rpm but its actually sounds very quiet without that knocking problem you need to replace with another same samsung model. I almost bought lg but i changed my mind so i end up buying samsung washer dryer series 6 it was actually quiet. so i recommend you to replace that samsung washer with same model but another one. The new modern washer durability cant stand that strong rather than 10 years ago washers

At rinse 1 interim spin, is this drum movement considered normal or not? Mine didnt move as much or make those thumping sounds (1:04:00) in the beginning,but now it does. Last night it began putting the thump force outwards towards the hatch and that was a crazy sight to behold

Can you shorten the cycles? I sent mines back. As I thought when it was a 3 hour cycle it stayed 3hours. But I believe delay end is the bit that shortens it. I ended up buying a haier. Super ecited to get.

I suppose the interim spins extracted most of the suds out of the load - never left anything soapy at the end and would alter the rinsing and water level depending on the load :)

Bought a week ago same machine, 19 washes done, and got same problem, knocking sound coming from one of the shock absorber... Don't know should I return, Samsung engineer coming this Friday... Samsung is a big company, how stupid mistakes is allowed like this, they should use 4 shock absorbers for heavy machines and big drums.

it is a fast phased mass production, they suck at it when they rush a model production. just like they have done on mobile phones. Only thing is much more reliable from samsung is their TVs. Other appliances are carrying a lot of risk of being defective. Switched to GE on laundry machine, much more reliable, less manufacturing defect chances and extremely good customer service.

@@ybeykoz So the engineer came, he said to me that someone will contact me and will replace it. After 10 emails, 10 phones calls still having a problem with waching machine and Samsung customer service, so I changed shock absorbers by my self, as those one was defected and I had washing machine for less than 1 week. By looking inside I found so many issues which I fixed already. And yes, you are absolutely right, they don't give a s... about customers, they spend more money on adverts than on customers services.
